Ordered chips & queso, pinto beans w/cheese and cinnamon twists. Had to throw away the chips & cinnamon twists, they were totally rancid!! Don't know if the oil they were fried in was old or if it was the chips and the cinnamon twists themselves that were old, but I am still tasting that horrible rancid aftertaste!! Employees need to check their stock & rotate, this is very bad business to serve this quality of food!!

Got straight up ignored when I greeted them to pick up stuff. Saddest food I've seen in a while. Beefy five layer has less than a teaspoon of beef... I see why the place was dead empty now. Won't be returning. ?

Vincent overnight the real mvp 10/10 customer service. Every other taco bell within 10 miles told me they were playing flappy birds with the system and couldn't take my order. Not this location ??✨️

Me and my boyfriend went to go get a late night bite and went through the drive thru. The gentleman working drive thru on 03/05 around 11:30pm was awesome! He was so enthusiastic and had a voice that could be on commercials! We’ve never had a customer service experience like that before and it was great; I was truly lost for words lol. That man deserves a raise please, he’s doing an awesome job!

As always I just buy Crunch Wrap or California Crunch Wrap without any meat and Hot Coffee.We reduced our frequency to visit them since they changed the milk to Vanilla Milk and also not all locations serve the breakfast / hot coffee.But still anywhere within the city our out of town we just buy this same item, somehow still we are satisfied.Parking: I don’t feel that there is any issues of parking

I'm not writing to write a review about service or food. I'm writing to complain about management/ownership. January 15 and there is ice on the roads and weather is calling for freezing temperatures, other restaurants are closing early to allow employees to be safe at home. Not this Taco Bell!!!! It's dark and restaurant is still open!!!!

Since the remodel, service and friendliness have gotten soooooo much better! The staff is quick and makes sure your order is correct before leaving. I suggest mobile ordering because it will be ready super quick. Great job guys!

I order one thing and they gave me some thing else. Went back to get help. Manager on duty told us that this is what I had order and that's what you received. Cashier was even there but she just don't wanted to listen and no help at all. I just walked out after seen her attitude. Not friendly! Keep that great attitude. No wonder you guys have 3.8 reviews!
