They have the restrooms locked here and you have to ask someone at the counter to open it for you which can be a hassle because they always look at you crazy for wanting to use the restroom. Mind you I’m a paying customer!! Having the restrooms locked and then getting an attitude is crazy!!!

Went in to grab a quick meal from here. Left with no food. After placing the order, we waited about 15-20mins. Went up to the counter to see what was taking so long as the dining room was practically empty. They hadn’t even made our order yet. The supervisor blamed it on a glitchy POS system. I politely requested a refund. The young lady that worked the front counter had a poor attitude about our concerns and her words “I just work here”….wow. Seemed like they were struggling to keep up with the drive-thru. Customer service rating: Trash…..

The dinner shift is always great and consistent and very friendly. Stopped by for lunch and there was a mistake with my mobile order and the amount of talkback and sass and eye rolls was ridiculous.

Overall the employees are super nice and i’m always satisfied with my order, BUT I fear the building is a little too hot and humid, especially for the cooks dealing with a hot grill. I myself was uncomfortable in my short time at the store.It is definitely imperative to the well-being of everyone that the AC problem is addressed.

The food is delicious at this location. Great customer service. And the absolute, best thing of all is... this location has chili cheese burritos ! I haven't been able to find a Taco Bell for years with Chili Cheese Burritos! ? This location made my Taco Bell dreams come true! ??

The lunch crew is great but dinner service is hit or miss. Dinner crew forgets items and makes the food sloppy. You’re lucky if you get everything when going through the drive thru. The last 3 times we went something was missing.
