One of your employees i believe his name is chris? christian not so certain was very very rude to my autistic son. he called him a retard and told him he was holding up his line. i find that to be very out of line and if something isn’t done i’ll come back to that dirty little establishment and handle him and management myself.

Like I come there all the time for my nephew and they mad because they can’t make a dragonfruit slush. Like than laugh and go off because it’s not the way I asked like, what’s so hard to make a dragon fruit slush and just add strawberry slush on top 🥲and going to go off because that’s the way I like it I am a usual customer but I will never go back there no more
I’ve been here twice in the past week. Both times they got my order wrong. Both times I asked for mild sauce, I didn’t get any either time. No napkins or utensils in bags. Employees are ranging from apathetic to just plain rude. If this is your closest Taco Bell, take the time to go to another one.
Always are nice to me, but the food is not worth the price unless you order something with beans. Get a steak soft taco with like 3 pieces of steak. Kinda skimpy on the sour cream too.

Came in at 4:15pm on 3/6/2025, the older lady in the drive thru was very unprofessional, along with another employee possibly the shift manager, the shift manager said there wasn't a front cashier, and was trying to explain to me how to order but apparently I didn't hear her and I said pardon me! And she just walked off, and I over heard the older lady in the drive thru say that she wasn't about to be walking back and forth. So I kindly walked out and went across the street to whataburger . Maybe they need to hire more staff or have better customer service training. Don't have to worry about me coming back again
