You type your own order on one of two screens. But then there is no other help. Paying with cash takes forever cause no one comes to the front to get your money for about 5-10 minutes. Paying with a card, no one acknowledges you. The bathrooms are locked, and with no one at the front counter, you're stuck. The drink machines have been broke for weeks.

The older black lady who works I believe on the morning shift is the only worker that has worked the window that has gotten my order correct and has done it with a great attitude she probably has no idea who I am but I love her she is so nice
