Found a lonnnnnnnng nasty strand of hair wrapped in my chalupa !!! I was disgusted and will never in life eat here again! This is definitely a health violation. When I went in to show the workers they all acted as if I was the problem not being accommodating I asked for a refund and the so called manager Nielle didn’t not want to provide me with proof of the receipt as I walked out she taunted me by laughing at me as I walked away! When I tell u I had to go back and let her have it !! These kind of people need not to be on the front line of customer service.. to act as if I was at fault for having hair in my food is diabolical!! Maria acted as if I irritated her this is crazy I’m floored by this and will never return if I could stand outside and let each customer know about this I would I was able to turn a few people around at the door with this photo !!!! These franchises really need to get it together and stop being friends with their coworkers because they are comfortable enough to handle paying customers!!! I will never return

Arrived at 145, location closed at 2am. I was prepared for them to tell me it was too late to place order. That was NOT the case, they took my drive thru order with better than anticipated professionalism, great customer service and THE BEST TACOS combo Ive had from any location. Great job! Thank you to the entire team. I promise I will arrive earlier next time.
the lady in drive thru is rude and gave my 3 diablo sauce after a 22 dollar order

Bought a crunch wrap supreme but instead of beef i wanted chicken. Only to get two little pieces of chicken in the whole thing. Plus they charged me extra to change it from beef to chicken. Smh. Too much sour cream not any meat. I'm upset because I'm pregnant and I was really hungry, this ruined my appetite. It was basically a salad drenched with sour cream cheese between a crunchy shell and a flour tortilla.

I think this is one of the best Taco Bell in Houston I have been to. It starts when I walk in the door. The ladies behind the counter always greet me. Then the lobby is always clean. Food is always hot and tastes fresh. The burritos are wrapped well so the filling is not falling out the bottom. The tea is brewed fresh and setting on the counter for ease of refills. I frequent this location for lunch. Great job to the workers at the TB location!
Worst customer service from Yazmine G. I asked for a specific item she said we have multiple i let her know that I did not see them on the menu she left me there trying to figure it out instead of explaining what items they had so I can choose so I told her to give me a specific item and she continued to answer “ well which one and still couldn’t tell me what items they had, as a paying customer I deserve to get treated with respect not like an idiot by leaving me at the menu to figure it out while there was a whole line of cars behind waiting. And I speak from experience I used to work fast food and when your asked a question u answer not just turn off your head piece and let the costumer figure it out. Oh and the food was soggy and disgusting as well!!
