Just went and bought tacos supremes they didn’t put no beef and no sour cream. The tacos were literally just lettuce, tomato and the taco shell. Also the burritos I bought had no beef. SMH!!! Do not recommend this Taco Bell.

Never again. Go to Whatabuger or Panda Express because they will serve you faster! Whataburger had a backed up line so I decided to go where there were only 2 cars - Taco Bell. Now I know why there were only two! Took them 15 min from the time I ordered to get my food, then I'm sitting at the window for another 5 min as they scatter around like it's busy. Then missed an item on my order. By that point I was so disgusted I just took what they did charge me for and left. Came home and the food was a messy. Barely any cheese on the CHEESE quesdilla and my Mexican pizza is as sloppy as I have ever seen. Don't waist your energy or time here!

Can’t stand a Taco Bell that gives the wrong sauce. I asked for mild, what am I supposed to do with hot and fire? Comprehension not a requirement for fast food? You had to put your hand in 3 different places to get a variety of sauce instead of the one sauce I asked for. We have 12 items and only 4 mild sauces to share. Yup, 1 star review for the sauce and the blatant disregard.
I used the drive-thru, service was great, and food was delicious.

Went through drive through was clear about my order asked for chicken on both orders. Received steak and ground beef . Very unacceptable due to the fact I don't eat beef. Never again 👎🏾

I had an issue with how an employee tone of voice wasn’t welcoming, very short and almost rude so I wrote to online customer service about it. Then a GM named Cedric called me from it seem like his personal number. I returned the called and he seemed to only want to know what happened so that he could defend her actions that he obviously seen nothing wrong. He said he was there at the time, and he reviewed the cameras, and that she’s been there for 4 years and NEVER had a this problem ect ect. She was the same way today with a friend of mine who knew nothing of the situation. So again. I’ll say she needs to work on her tone of voice and how she talks to people. Definitely not a good look for this location, and definitely not welcoming. I won’t be back . Thank you for nothing.
