Just went thru the drive thru at Taco Bell located at 7400 south Sam Houston pkwy. We ordered $43.83 worth of food and basically had our food thrown at us in front of our 6yo,4yo,2yo. by very rude employees. When we asked for their names, the cashier said “good bye” and close the window on us! We will be calling management in the morning and reporting the people preparing food and the lack of customer service!

They didn’t have no change so I couldn’t get my food like come on that’s so bs.
This use to be my favorite place to go until today. I don’t know what happen to the previous staff, but we paid for our food and waited forever before I finally asked about it. Well they had NEVER prepared it and they was too busy BLASTING music and singing. Also, there was someone stretched out with their shoes off sleeping on the chairs in the dining room area. I just asked for a REFUND and left. I will NEVER return to this place of business AGAIN!! What is going on here????♀️
