Workers are great, the cleanliness is great, but the burritos often come without very much filling. When paying almost 5$ for a burrito, i expect it to be a bit more full. I'm sure all of this is management choice, though.

first time went to this taco bell to use taco bell app to order chicken crisp burrito. app said order will be ready at 5:12pm, i waited till 5:22pm and didn't see my order. asked front cashier who said my order was received but not processed. waited another a few minutes, got my order. Hungry and rush to eat, but found out my food is different from what the food picture on the menu. the menu picture shows fry breaded chicken, but my order is oil fried chicken. i took my food back to the front, asking for refund. Front cashier told me i need to do it in the app. She showed me to do the refund process. i began the refund procedures, answered many questions and ready to submit but the app frozen, can't submit it. Tried a couple of more times, the app still frozen and i can't even see my order history .
tired of lousy service at Taco Bell, i went to next door McDonald, ordered two big Mac, smooth and quick.

I bought a dessert and it tasted like old oil, it was a horrible experience
Okay so first off, I asked for baja blast and they said they didn’t have any it’s literally 8pm but, Ok, so whatever I got a starry drink instead. Then while ordering I asked for a green sauce burrito with diablo sauce, then when I get home my gf opens up the bag and we have no diablo sauce or any sauce whatsoever, and her burrito doesn’t even have green sauce included in the burrito?? It’s not the first time this taco bell would miss things with the order so yea take that into count when buying from this taco bell.
