Had a pretty decently sized customized order they got everything correct got my food fairly quickly brought me my drinks pretty quick great atmosphere seem like a pretty clean place the food tasted like they made it with a little bit of love

Wow, whatever you do, do not eat inside here. On thursday the 18th, I left my designer purse with my friends LV wallet inside. I called and went back 20 minutes later when I realized I didn't have it. When I showed up, a lady at the front went to the back and got it, but it took her a couple of minutes to come back with it. When I asked who found my purse, she said the woman working the drive through noticed it and turned it in. I go to the bank not even an hour later to deposit the money, and someone took a couple hundred dollar bills out of his wallet, and there was even white food all over it. We've tried calling the store dozens of times when we noticed it was missing, but no one will answer. I live over an hour away, so I can't drive there. Seriously frustrating.

They never answer the phone so I can let them know how my order needs to be made because there is no option for it on the app. Today will be my last day ordering from this store. Update I don't feel good. I keep going to the bathroom. If this continue I will be going to the hospital and sending y'all the bill . Never again

Updated 7/31/24. Went inside was told we had to use app or order on screen. Lobby drink machine doesn't work and they were out of diet dr. pepper so he tried to give me regular. Employees couldn't explain new menu items and didn't speak or understand English well. Food did come out quickly and was delicious, just wish customer service was better...
My favorite taco bell. Orders are always accurate and employees are always friendly.

Service is trash and Spanish lady say her name is sandy was rude when I first pulled up she said they was only taking mobile orders then when I sat at the menu board for 10 mins and downloaded the app she then say she can place my order with a attitude.. she needs to be fired!! She don’t need to be working if she don’t want to take orders… I’m a manager at papa John’s and just got off work and came here for food and it’s sad I don’t want to eat here because idk what she will do to my food

I no longer wish to eat at this location after today. I came in to order some food and noticed an absolutely disgusting stench of raw sewage from the back of the building. Upon informing an employee of it they said that they have been telling the manager about it for months and the manager outright refuses to do anything about it. This lack of any care does not bode well for the quality of the food in my opinion and as such I won't be returning to this location.

Parking: The parking lot is very large and comfortable.
