I don’t even want my food I went to their restroom and I see one of their workers finishing up at the urinal and head straight for the door, I told him he needed to wash his hands and he started to argue with me, Hispanic kid named Gustavo, then the manager Ruth wasn’t listening to me making me repeat myself 20 times saying she doesn’t speak English, this is gross and unprofessional behavior

Every time that I come to this location my food is very good and no issues, but today I tried the new chicken nuggets and they were burned. I'm a little disappointed because not only burned they were hard. That's why I decided to do this review because they have a good costumer service and I don't want them to forget about that. The quality of the food must be great every time.
They work terribly. I'm not talking about food. Maybe the rna is normal. But they work terribly.

Great service all around the food was subpar to say the least even with the new promotions of boxes and sauces. Everything is way smaller than advertised. The boxes are not worth the price.

I came by to place my order. The young man says no one was signed in on the cash register. I had to use the kiosk. Unless I was going to pay cash. I asked how 🤔 you are going to give me change if no one is logged in. The manger just stands there and says or did nothing. No one was inside the lobby, but the drive, though, was in operation. Since no one is working so I went to Jack in the box. This location has been going downhill with lazy people lately

I haven't been to this taco bell in a while. I went today around 2:30p.m and let me tell you the food was soooooo good. I mean everything was fresh and delicious. Whoever is in the back they know how to cook. The cashier was sweet & polite. Good job team. 🙌
