I drove 8 miles to get to taco bell and ordered a party pack of soft shell ? and the people gave me 12 tacos with just a little meat and nothing else and the guy wouldn't make it right. I will no longer return to that taco

Wow, whatever you do, do not eat inside here. On thursday the 18th, I left my designer purse with my boyfriends LV wallet inside. I called and went back 20 minutes later when I realized I didn't have it. When I showed up, a lady at the front went to the back and got it, but it took her a couple of minutes to come back with it. When I asked who found my purse, she said the woman working the drive through noticed it and turned it in. I go to the bank not even an hour later to deposit the money, and someone took a couple hundred dollar bills out of his wallet, and there was even white food all over it.We've tried calling the store dozens of times when we noticed it was missing, but no one will answer. I live over an hour away, so I can't drive there. Seriously frustrating.

If you show up after 9pm, no one will take your order and the entire place will be basically empty. At least I couldn’t see anyone working here. The Jack in the box down the street will have people actually working. This isn’t the first or even second time I’ve experience this here. Don’t waste your time past 9pm, go to Jack in the Box or the taco truck.

Usually this location is on the ball but not this time. Customer service was great, but the food wasn't. Ordered a crunchwrap, but it was more of a soggy wrap with a bunch of lettuce and cheese and very little meat. Very disappointed!

The literally put half a scoop of meat in my three tacos and filled the rest with lettuce and cheese. I called and called, no answer. It’s traffic time and don’t want to drive back up there. But hellllllll nah. BARELY ANY MEAT in my tacos. A waste of money. I’ll be contacting corporate as well because whoever is on the line at this moment, is doing an awful job. Smh
