Terrible service from the kitchen staff, very slow, and they kept saying my food was ready when it wasn't. Then, after it was finally ready, they threw it on the table as if what I was about to eat was garbage. That's why they only got one star.

I had to pay for my lunch at this location, which is surprising, as this location now is apparently a homeless shelter. People asking me for money in the dining area. The restrooms being occupied for very extended lengths of time. Don't know what they're doing in there. Maybe taking a sink 'bath' or worse. Just out of control.

Exceptional service and personable staff. Yulian B and a lady who was working near the window was so nice. In my 22 years of eating Taco Bell I didn't know that they offered options for the burrito supreme. They let me know that there were different options for most items and they were so nice and funny about it. They joked around that I hadn't been to the right one. They were so wholesome during the interaction and made my night with how sweet they were. They were so fast getting the food out too; it felt immediate!
