Eating 5 layers here was a terrible experience. Came in around 7pm for 3, 5 layer burritos for my cheat meal. This is my go to and I always have to take the last one home.
Least to say there was 1/2 of the normal ingredients and there was so much tortilla. I ate the first was and almost choked on how much shell there was. extremely unsatisfied. I asked for just a little more ingredients or a remake for my other two and they said no. At this point im very hungry so I ate the second one. By the last one I wasnt full AT ALL. I looked at it and asked myself of it was worth the $5.08 and it absolutely was not. I was not happy.
Moral of the story if you dont like something, immediately ask for a refund. I wont be getting my cheat meals here anymore since taco bell wants to take out all of their ingredients.

The new crew members they have at this location is ridiculous. No human contact, I was told they can't take my order on the register that I can only complete it on the kiosk. Well I dont see good and I am horrible at using those kiosks...and was wondering why the employees are limiting human interaction...I love taco bell but I just walked out. The only Taco Bell that has good customer service near me is the taco bell off westheimer near the energy corridor...I will forever go there and never back to the franchise where Hispanic ladies tell me I can only use the kiosk

Went to pick up a mobile order. Although there weren't many customers placing and waiting it took over minutes to get the order. For the most part the food tasted okay, but some items, like cinnamon twists were cold and the Baja regular drink tasted stale.

Had the Beefy 5-layer Burrito and it was disgusting. I've had better burritos that were frozen at Walmart. That's how bad this was. It was nothing like the picture. Not even close. Worst of all, the inside was mostly liquid. Looked like the burrito had diarrhea. My stomach did not feel good afterwards either. It did not hurt, but it was working it's way there. What a terrible experience.

It’s never the places it’s always the people the fact that they will accept our hard earned money & just give us anything is crazy something really need to be done about how the employees deal with customers orders they will get mad at the customers because they want they food a certain way because they don’t feel like doing it the right way I promise I won’t ever go back to this Taco Bell in this life time or the next 👎🏿
