Terrible experience at night. I ordered beef chalupa and got chicken. The food was almost ice cold. The only thing they got right was the drink order. They’re rude too.

Everybody on the current nightshift as of December 30 2025 absolutely suck. Got a large nacho fry that was only half full, no seasoning, cold, and full of bottom of the basket burnt pieces, no Chipotle or sour cream on the quesarito -requested light rice and they added extra, beefy 5 was just plain sad and dry. Other customers trying to get their attention just to be ignored. Waste of $20. Do better. Used to be my favorite tbell in the area but lately the service and food have just gone way downhill.

Came in today and while waiting for my food the old lady in the front was very rude to a customer and told him he should go home n use the restroom since his home was close by then in spanish said she wouldn't let him use the restroom because he was blk...she shouldn't be working there if there is a kiosk machine anyways

Ran through the drive thru to grab a couple burritos for my dad, he loved them and I got through the drive thru fast!!
Terrible service, I wanted to order my food to dine in. There were no customers and the lady Linda didn’t want to take my order and sent me to the kiosk and when I asked why when there weren’t clients, she said that that’s how it had to be done.

This is the worst place I have ever been, I have been going here once a week ; every Thursday for my lunch break, but today 05/15/2025 , I went in and needed to use the restroom, they refuse to let me use the restroom, saying that it's for customers only , I just wanted to wash my hands first and use the restroom like I always do, I told them I was going to order after I have used the restroom, but they refuse , so I left and went eat somewhere else, I will never go back there ever again for my lunch break
