Amanda gets 5 stars for her exceptional service.. she was the only employee that cared enough to give me the bathroom code. When the foreigner worker said my food was ready they didn't give us the drinks, but Amanda was quick to correct the issue while simultaneously working the front cashier and drive thru. Please hire more employees like Amanda. I used to be against Ai/automation taking jobs from humans, but if we can't get more Amandas, then I'm all for it.

I went 2 the Taco Bell on Westheimer and my Steak Quesadilla was put in a paper bag as u can c the food is stuck 2 the paper bag and I guess they expect me 2 eat this. I ordered Tacos and the 1st Taco I took out the bag "ALL" the Cheese fell in the bag, on the table and on my dress. SLOPPY SERVICE!!!

There is an issue of segregation here. One group was rude and laughed while watching each other take pot shots at me, while the other was seemingly understanding of how I felt. Its funny how people try to offset their own inadequacy by trying to hurt people they think won't fight back. Kitchen crew at 11pm is terrible. Window staff was great.
