Staff seemed surprised when I walked in. And I don't mean like spooked I popped out of nowhere, like surprised a person actually was inside the building ordering a quesadilla. (which TBH overpriced) Tried to use a coupon with the cashier. He didn't know what to do with it. I had to explain to HIM what the coupon did. food was just ok, but what do you expect from taco bell right?

This will be the next Taco Bell to close down after the one at Westhimer and Hwy6 closed. The employees have "Zero" work ethics and "Zero" pride in their work or quality. The management at this location should be embarrassed for letting the service / quality and attitude get so bad at this location. Shame on you!! ????

There was a black lady I’m not sure if she was a team leader or manager time and date was 10:25am December 10th 2023 she had the most nastiest attitude I ever seen I told her I was picking up an order she asked what’s the name I told her and asked to used the bathroom I got no response I asked again and she ignored me so I asked again and she said I HAD HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME very disrespectful you shouldn’t have people like that working for the company she also was on the phone this was so unwelcoming someone needs to teach her customer service
