I came to eat at tqco bell on hollister. I tought i was going to order with a cashier but instead i needed to order on a screan. I did not like that . Why because first of all i was going to pay cash . And i was ordering 3 chalupas . A lady came out to help me and she put order for me but then when i got order it was not what i wanted so i tought it was fast the order plus i am not used to the menu on that screan i know what i want when it comes to taco bell. Anyway i returned some of those chalupas and the same lady i did not get her name but the same lady helped me to get the regulars chalupas . Sorry those chalupas i got is not bwhat i usually get

Let my food get cold and did not tell me anything. And did not want to do anything about it. I asked him 3 to 4 times about my food when it's been ready sitting there for twenty minutes.This is not a great place

This was the worst running Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. I ordered inside at kiosk, it took 20 minutes to get 4 tacos. I received crunchy even though I specified soft tacos. After 5 minutes I received soft tacos with lettuce, even though I specified no lettuce. After another 5 minutes I received 3 tacos that looked like garbage. A slight of framed female worker named Santiago wasn’t happy that I was upset at their incompetence. She came out and tried to hug me. It was a very sad environment and I hope that young girl gets help. I would give this place zero stars if it was an option.

They try to make you use their kiosk and if you have any questions they just tell you to use the kiosk. Terrible customer service, just like all fast food anymore. They changed their chicken quesadilla and before I pay $7 for it I wanted to know what was different about it but they couldn’t be bothered to even answer a question and they were rude about it. Fast food must be sooooo hard.

After we got gas we stopped by this taco bell location on tidwell and Hollister even being this late the food was hot and freshly made, drinks cold and service was awesome even if it was through the drive thru only at this time of night.

3.7 rating I can see why. Dread head girl closed the lobby at 940pm when the sign says 10pm! Not like she is going home or nothing. Horrible employees like that makes your rating go down. When will restaurants figure that one out??

I ordered through UberEats. Breakfast crunch wrap supreme is da bomb. Add extra cheese, extra hash brown, extra egg, extra jalapeno sauce, and extra 3 cheese. Subbed the sausage. Melted cheese in microwave.
