Got our wrong and tacos were Soggy . Plus most of the drinks were out, been like that 3 days already
After we got gas we stopped by this taco bell location on tidwell and Hollister even being this late the food was hot and freshly made, drinks cold and service was awesome even if it was through the drive thru only at this time of night.
5 stars for still serving breakfast. 1 star for AI order taker
Me and kids had food posing from eating here Friday night pls check y’all food we are just now getting better .also found out my dad and my mom got sick from eating here a few days before I did wish I would have known
3.7 rating I can see why. Dread head girl closed the lobby at 940pm when the sign says 10pm! Not like she is going home or nothing. Horrible employees like that makes your rating go down. When will restaurants figure that one out??
I ordered through UberEats. Breakfast crunch wrap supreme is da bomb. Add extra cheese, extra hash brown, extra egg, extra jalapeno sauce, and extra 3 cheese. Subbed the sausage. Melted cheese in microwave.
Something needs to be done about this toco bell they are rude customer service and food is cold ❄️🥶 terrible please don't go here

Messed up my food I lost 20 hard earned Dollars for a messed up order, I call no one answers they never gave me my receipt, This is pathetic I needed that money if not to feed myself then for gas,bills,food at a better place.

It's taco Bell I get it but the service was awful drive thru automation with the ai was cool but once I pulled up to the window the lady was extremely short didn't acknowledge my questions and had a stuck up attitude very unfriendly they need to really look into there late night staff won't be coming back

They misunderstood my order, but I didn't know until after I got home. I called them, spoke to the manager who was willing to exchange the items with what we really wanted and refund the difference. Thank you for the great service!! You did us right, so I'll make sure to do you right and use your location instead of the one closer to my home in the future.
