Messed up my food I lost 20 hard earned Dollars for a messed up order, I call no one answers they never gave me my receipt, This is pathetic I needed that money if not to feed myself then for gas,bills,food at a better place.

It's taco Bell I get it but the service was awful drive thru automation with the ai was cool but once I pulled up to the window the lady was extremely short didn't acknowledge my questions and had a stuck up attitude very unfriendly they need to really look into there late night staff won't be coming back

They misunderstood my order, but I didn't know until after I got home. I called them, spoke to the manager who was willing to exchange the items with what we really wanted and refund the difference. Thank you for the great service!! You did us right, so I'll make sure to do you right and use your location instead of the one closer to my home in the future.

I just left the drive thru. I ordered a #6 and the Mexican pizza combo. I live in walking distance and my food was ICE COLD when I got home. I just got off the phone with manager and he/it doesn’t care. This location ALWAYS messed up then when you call them out on THEIR mistake that YOU paid YOUR hard money for it’s an issue. Do not waste your time or money. I could’ve spent this $30 elsewhere! Check your food before you leave the drive thru or you’ll regret it!

I placed a online order to avoid the bad speaker communication of not hearing what each other are saying. I arrived at the winds and she hands me a bag And 1 box and said all was there. As I sat there and checked she was very annoyed and I told her I was missing items. She then took the bag and started pulling everything out and yelling at someone about things that I said were missing. She finally gives me the bag and 2nd box of food. I got come and distributed the order to my family and the order was not right and cold.

if i could give this Taco Bell no stars i swear i would. the workers here have attitudes that could win them grammys, and all after messing up your order. i swear every time i come here its always something. i had to go inside to get my order fixed, and when telling them about it all i got were eye rolls and an obvious reluctantly to fix the problem they created. save your money and go somewhere else.

Worst Taco Bell in all of Houston they close for no reason at all and don’t notify anyone they are even closed and then they have the nerve to give an attitude because we asked why they are closed. I tried talking to a manger and supposedly none is there they needa shut this location down asap
