Don't bother using their app that doesn't work! I just tried to get my freebie for downloading the app, I followed the directions to pick up my 5 layer burrito, and when I got to the drive thru window to pick it up, they had no record that I ordered it. I obviously had it up on my phone, showing my order and that I had the right location 5772 Hollister, Houston TX. She told be to come inside, i had a sick dog with me, i could not go in. She would not fill my order, told me if I didn't move my car she would call the police, and then called them while I was trying to figure out how to cancel the order on my phone. I told her I would move if she would show me how to cancel the order, so that I could use my perk later. She said I would have to call an 800 number. I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was a district manager....oh sweet jeezus, if that's the best Taco bell can do...heaven help them.

Drive-thru experience was the worst. The person taking the order repeatedly screamed at me to give my order (seriously kept asking the same thing louder and louder until screaming) after I initially said one moment, I'm looking at the menu. After the second time I stopped answering. There was no one behind me and I was trying to see what was in the new box combo. Once I got to the window she flung the drink at me. The top wasn't on properly and splashed out hitting my car. She made another drink, took my card and rang me up but refused to give me the receipt saying it was on the box. The sticker on the box was the order as it came in not the receipt with prices. I insisted and refused to drive off without it. When she did hand me the receipt she had torn off the part with the survey code and store number. She then slammed the window closed. I didn't move and asked for the rest of the receipt. She pretended she didn't understand and said she couldn't reprint it. I said just give me the rest of the receipt that tore off. She closed the window again.It's crazy someone would act this way.After all of this the food was cold and the drink was flat. I live about a mile from the place.This was a pretty bad experience.

These mf’s are putting something in the food!!! I ordered a Mexican Pizza and it tasted like paint was in it !!! It was so bad that I could not get the taste out my mouth !! And the two ladies at the window did not give me a receipt before or after my refund they must be stealing money !!

My tacos were cold and I wish the tacos were actually filled with meat instead of just taco toppings. The Taco Bell company needs to change their policy and actually provide food that is fulfilling. I never get my moneys worth.

I ordered 2 fiesta potatoes. They were cold and chewy-crispy old potatoesMy nacho bell grande had watery meat, more water than meat. and I asked for double meat.Steak quesadilla had more jalapeño sauce than cheese or steakA guy at the food lane with very long hair and no hair net.

The lady in the drive-thru window is just down right disrespectful. The new ordering system sucks. I am still awaiting a refund for my mobile order that was placed but wasn’t canceled by Taco Bell. They don’t have a way for you to cancel or refund the order once it’s been made in the app.

I tried to order a taco pack at 1:20 AM the girl at the window was RUDE AF she told me oh no sorry we don’t have enough for that we are about to close. Girl yall close in 40 minutes you’re telling me I can’t order a taco pack? GTFO there was only ME AND ANOTHER CAR IN LINE. Then when I got my TWO TACOS and nachos, the whole nachos was flipped upside down. Bad customer service. They need a manager working at nights because telling me I can’t order more than two tacos is ridiculous.

Waited on my pre order which was done as they said but I waited 4 mins with no hi or hello even tho the front counter lady saw me and passed me 2 times guess if your not a regular they don't feel the need to greet
