Every-time I order a chicken quesadilla it’s either old like it’s been sitting there, or they cook it and the cheese barely melts. Gonna have to go to another location. Cause normally the quesadillas be good, hot, and fresh. This location is a hit or miss….

Every. Single. Time. For the last 5x, I never get napkins, utensils, sauce packets (I confirm order on screen that shows my items plus 3-5 mild sauces), or receipt. I go through the drive-thru so by the time I open the bag, I’m already driving down the street. It’s partially my fault for not checking before I drive away from the window.
The most recent time will be my last. The cashier at the window just gen z stared at me without saying anything after I pull up and said hello. No response. Did not confirm order # or total. He keeps staring without saying anything so I hand him cash. He turns away and then turns back to hand me change. No word still. He hands me food bag. I say thank you. No response.

I went to Taco Bell my husband told the lady in the drive through no sour cream on anything i got halfway through my burrito and tasted sour cream and threw up I’m allergic. she was really rude put sour cream on my husbands crunchy taco as well he asked for fire sauce she pointed to the bag there was no fire sauce only hot then she had the nerve to round up on our order didn’t even ask us. She should have better customer service when people go to order their food. Will never go back to this location ever again.

I come late at night, 10pm-1am
Every single time I’ve been here >10 times the staff is the nicest most professional I have ever seen at a fast food chain, and possibly many restaurants. It’s always a different person, but consistently a great experience here.

Franchise owner please read!!! this review is for you!! You have a 3,6 and most reviewers are wrong, it's your fault, you are located in a nice part of Houston , I have lived across the street from your location for 4 years, and I out of laziness keep trying using your location. You wonder why your sales are always down? You try so hard to save money to compensate for low sales, You never offer or give napkins, hot sauce, every food food product is fresh but lacking enough ingredients, you are not rewarding or training your employees well enough, The harder you try to pinch pennies, the more you are running your business in the ground. You won't respond to this review, because you know it's the truth. Anybody reading this review, to avoid disappointment just drive an extra 10, 15 minutes to another location, because this owner thinks skimping to make up for low sales is the best way to keep doors open. All I can say is please stop giving this location business. so it can close and another owner can come in and run it the right way.

Service was horribly slow and they didn't give me my order right. Since we have to walk in and place our order through a kiosk when there's five or six people working in the back, I guess next will be making our own food

PAID for fries and nacho sauce and of course they forgot it. It’s so hard to just simply do your job. Check your bags before leaving!

Got my order wrong and when I asked to add one medium drink at the window I was told I had to go back through the drive through line or go inside and order on the kiosk. There was only one car behind me and three people at the window working. Two out of the three people told me they weren’t going to do any add ons and I’d have to go inside or get back in the drive through lane. Cashiers name was John Emmanue. :/
