Lazy staff went up in there to try to a placeorder and the staff didn’t even want to take my order at the front counter. Basically told me I need to go to the kiosk reasons like that is the reason why AI is going to take over their jobs.Never going to that Taco Bell off memorial again

The food is often cold. I've actually gone here before and, after ordering through the app, a worker came out and told me that they ran out of taco meat. It took several days before I got a refund, too. Drive-thru employees always seem to be fighting or spending way too much time away from the window. I've heard a manager yelling inside before.

This location is CONSTANTLY getting orders wrong. I ordered a chicken enchilada burrito and they gave me a beef burrito. Unfortunately this is the closest taco bell to my home. But now I guess I'll have to start going to the one down on Westheimer.

New staff needed overnight. Proper training needed. Spent my entire lunch in the drive through to pick up an online order. To be clear my coworker was in front on me and she left right out of the line while I was left sitting waiting the rest of the time to be told they were working on other orders. I had to leave without my order and they still sent the order through as though if received it. Lastly they also provided fake names when asked who I was speaking to.

This location is lacking big time. Always hit or miss. Extremely long wait times after 5pm. Food is never fresh. Watered down drinks. If you customize your order and pay extra best believe you're not going to get what you pay for. They might ask you what sauce you want but you'll never get it. Check your order before driving off!!

Ok, so I didn’t think I’d ever go to google maps to leave a 1-star review for a Taco Bell but this is just insulting. These guys sold me this quesadilla without even completing ONE CUT. Look at the picture. Not only is this meme worthy for the internet “when you lied on your job application” but just look at the way they did it, they didn’t even complete one slice. This is a joke. It looks like someone literally wore a blind fold and dropped the slicer on top of the quesadilla accidentally then moved on to the next order.This transaction took place on Sunday, 12/17/2023 at night. If the owner, GM or management of this location is reading this, I would recommend finding new, competent employees who won’t embarrass your business. Whoever is in that kitchen is causing you to lose business as my platform goes far beyond google maps. Enjoy.

I have been here several times over the past few years, they are consistently slow in taking your order, several minutes to answer the drive-through window, additionally, at any hour of the day they seem to be out of some particular menu item. I am unsure if it is a Management problem with ordering ingredients or staffing problem with employees, either way, you are likely better off to drive to a different locationrather than wait to be disappointed

The most disrespectful group of employees I've ever seen. They don't know other races speaks Spanish so they need to be very aware of the things they speak. It can have major consequences for taco bell brand. And if they only like their race they should move back to their country so they don't have to deal with people who look like me. The next tike the guy stands up to challenge me I promise you he will have a major issue. I've already contacted corporate.

I'm done. I will not return until they fix the night crew. The woman normally working the window is rude when taking orders and cashing out. Thankfully she wasn't working tonight. Orders are always wrong. The last 3 times I drove through I was told there were many items not available. Tonight it was refried beans, whole beans, nacho fries and no beef. Also never get the sour cream when I order it, or extra cheese that I pay for. This is a management and training issue. Clearly there needs to be more oversight. This is coming from a food service manager myself.
