This is by far the best crew this location has had (day and night). I did drive through 10/29 @ 11:40 pm tonight and the young girl working the window is a blessing to the fast food industry. This is not the first time she's been there while I've gone through but every time she is kind (not overly kind) and professional. But not only that, the computerized ordering through the drive through has yet to get my order wrong AND tonight just looking through the window, the workers seemed happy and they were telling each other goodnight (I guess switching crews). It was just a good vibe all around. Good for y'all.

I just tried to order and Sadness was rushing and having cardiac issues or something the way she was breathing. I was literally there for like 10 seconds and she’s already anxious. The menu was also glitching so I couldn’t even see what I wanted in the 2 seconds she wanted me to order. Taco truck across the street is much better. Employees are going to run this location into the ground!

I dont trust any toco bell. I have gotten food poison from them twice in 20 years. Not this store directly but all of there food is the same. I have nothing bad to say about this location or the way it is run just toco bell itself. Both times it was the beef chalopa

Customer service is horrible need new management.. The Hispanic night manager Customer service is terrible attitude is non inviting not friendly just rude. She has a bad attitude like she doesn't like her job. Her expression on her face to the delivery of her customer service just a all around bad attitude and rude.

You pay for extras and have no extras . And you order guacamole and do nothing to you. They make you food as if you were an animal. Badly done.
If I can give a 0 I would woman in drive thru didn’t get her name I ordered on app as she kept reassuring for her unwillingness to help as we all know ..technology has issues as well as humans anyways very nasty very rude food not even fresh and I do t even do this but she better thank God himself for growth

I've been coming to this location for a long time bc it's in a convenient location for me. I will say all the times I've come here the customer service has been mediocre at best. Tonight I am leaving this review bc the team working was the best I've dealt with for the past 8+ years here, and I want them to have the recognition they deserve! The service was fast, the food order was correct, and the girl working the drive thru was the kindest person I've encountered, her name was Alisiyah- I know I spelt that wrong probably, but thank you so much!
