First time I was sold coffee here since I started coming here for 3 months some how machine is always broken out of service or they just don't have it

Nov 2 at 4am the 3 staff refused to give me service at the drive through window. They wouldn’t look at me and then told me I needed a car to make an order even though I walked from the ER next door. I asked if I could order online then, and I was told no I need a car. Before this the black lady told them “don’t even look at him wait for him to walk away” … I reported this to corporate. This location, and Taco Bell as a whole lost my business entirely after this uncalled for disrespect and laziness that was shown from these three terrible night shift employees.
I was starving and that was my only option. I hope the managers realize there is no such rule, as needing a car to place an order. That they do what is needed to keep customers satisfaction first, always. These employees disgust me and deserve early dismissal and out of the food industry as they clearly are not there to feed people who need food.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I’m sick and tired of every time I go in there the manager with her rude unprofessional self will hand you old food then get mad when you ask her to remake it and tell you it is their policy to not drop new food which I know for a fact to be false as I have been a manager at Taco Bell for a couple years … so not only is she disgusting she is a liar.. go figure but to make matters worse she will stand at the line area and argue with you and then continue to be condescending towards you as you are simply voicing your opinions … she even had the nerve to tell em since I always have a problem maybe I should go somewhere else… NO MAYBE YOU SHOULD STOP SERVING OLD FOOD… It’s ok I will be calling the health department to let them know about this specific Taco Bell’s unhygienic and irresponsible way of food handling. Oh and don’t get me started on the fact of her talking crap about me not knowing I understood every word… lol maybe you shouldn’t talk about people in Spanish especially customers if you don’t know if they understand you … Completely pathetic customer service

Went to this location at 9:17 the front door was not open. It wasn’t employee sitting inside the lobby who ignored me so I decided to call and ask what time the lobby opens and I was told 10 AM nowhere. Do I see any signs that says the lobby closes opens at 10 everything says 7 AMand never heard of a location opening their lobby at 10 AM. This is very weird and abnormal for Taco Bell.
11:15 pm, clear weather and they say they're closed. Smh. Just chilling inside getting paid but not working or serving food.

says they close at 5 am but EVERYTIME i get off of work around 3:50am they say their system is down and can only take Uber eats and DoorDash.. if your system is down then you wouldn’t be able to take any orders right? 1 star ! Decent food but horrible service.

Ordered and paid $6 a chicken cantina burrito, which was filled with mostly lettuce and barely any cheese and very few pieces of chicken. Added the second star because the manager--after several minutes of dialog--comped a serving of chicken but told me he'd have to charge extra for the cheese that should have been in it.
Men's bathroom was shut down, so the boys had to share the girls'.
I heard a kid say she liked the technology but not the hygienic of the restaurant.

I purchased the chicken taco box and never again will I ever even eat taco bell. I had a stale shell with cheese on it and only half the taco had shredded chicken in it. Didn't fill me up at all and was absolutely disgusting. I'm not sure if it's this location or the portion size but they fool you with the picture of the taco and when you get it it's literally a flat taco shell with nothing it it. NEVER AGAIN taco bell has officially lost my business for good

Very quick drive thru service, sometimes a good thing but sometimes it’s not.
Tremendous bad attention, this is a terrible place, the night shift, the day shift, any shift, they have tremendous bad attention, they should change the entire work group, they are useless, it hurts that their workers have no position or identification to be able to identify
