The service I received today from the woman working the drive-through was extremely terrible! every question I asked she cut me off before I could even finish talking. I remained kind throughout the entire transaction. I got nothing but a bitter, condescending and rude tone.

The 2 o'clock crew is the best, always serving hot food and getting my orders right. Came to eat after dropping off my wife at Ben Taub and was looking forward to some Taco Bell!! Shout out to the cashier for being very thorough! She needs a raise (older lady) much love to my southside people 👏

Can't place your order at the counter. Have to use order key pad located by entrance. . No customer service. Food is not hot to the touch but warm enough to consume. 😤 fast food . Its what it is 🤦🏾🤷🏾
