Why Everytime I go to Taco Bell drive thru they never give me utensils to eat my bowl.. ewwwhhh. I'm on break now have to sumwhr else and ask for an utensil

These workers up here are ghetto & unprofessional..I guess expected from a Taco Bell Job I went to the drive thru yesterday around 3pm 3/30/24 the cashier says “how you doing” I said fine how are you?” No response. So I told her what I wanted after that. She comes back the speaker laughing saying “only one? Anything else?” I didn’t get the reason why she or whoever was laughing in the background. I decided to drive off..I don’t need ppl like this making my food..it was a bad impression for me. Do not recommend.

The food is always warm and fresh compared to other Taco Bell locations, which are always cold and old.They do make some mistakes like no utensils or some things, but I can overlook it with how consistently warm their Chalupas come out

Wow. I’ve never had such a horrible customer service experience….Ordered on the app and a friend picked up. I got a call from my friend saying they didn’t make it and said that she didn’t know how to spell my name when she was telling them my name for the order. They ended up making the order (30 mins after I placed it) and wouldn’t give it to her without me confirming something on the app. I sent screenshots of everything and they wouldn’t just give her the food.On the phone I heard the lady working yelling at my friend and another man speaking (a little more calm). My friend said the staff repeatedly walked away from them and yelled (which I heard through the phone).Keep in mind this was a quick pickup order placed through the app… ridiculous.

Joseph the cashier was extremely helpful excellent customer service and he made sure my order was correct he was heavy
I ordered a combo box on the app and went thru the drive thru the beefy 5 layer burrito was mostly just RICE !!!! My chicken enchilada was BEEF !!!! . And they didn't give me any fire sauce which I requested. This was a huge disappointment. Taco bell normally does a lot better.Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian options

Yooo this taco bell crew that was on @ 5pm Feb 1st was on point! Very quick and professional. Really outstanding service and no one seemed like they hated working there like some fast food spots.
