This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get fast drive thru, nice employees and good food. Other times it’s absolute crap and rude people on the intercom.

I want to give a quick shoutout to Cameron and Kiki! I pulled up to Taco Bell, got stuck in the drive-thru line, and figured I’d be waiting a while. When I reached the speaker, Cameron introduced himself and explained that there might be a long wait before I ordered. I let him know I was hungry and willing to wait. He took my order, confirmed it, and when I got to the window, I was greeted with a warm welcome. Cameron explained they had some large orders and were short-staffed.
When I saw the manager, I made sure to let her know about Cameron’s excellent customer service. She thanked me for being patient, especially since they’d been dealing with some rude customers. Great job, team—keep up the awesome work! And, oh yeah, I didn’t even end up waiting too long for my order!

So I just stopped by to get some breakfast and was lied to by an employee working the drive through. They stated that Taco Bell doesn’t do breakfast anymore. Yet their menu board still has breakfast on it and it still has breakfast online. If you don’t want to do your job then quit. Don’t lie to the customer because you just lost business.

I clearly just left and whatever it was at the window had such a stank attitude and then it didn’t want to give me my receipt. Attitude piss poor and when I try calling the manager acted like she was deaf in both ears… Unacceptable.. Be more professional

As far as taci bell goes, they are upping their game. Finally came out with a value menu that is indeed valuable. Putting rice and beans in a burrito? About time!

Then I gotta wait in line because the line is long and they are being slow and there is no way to get around them, then two cars ahead there is somebody using tap to pay. I understand is late and yall don't feel like dealing with the line, but come on. I can't even leave the damn location...

This is the worst taco bell i have ever been at! The manager with the dreads is very rude to customers and even the employees. They are very impatient and very slow. most of the time my food is very cold when i get it. The drive thru is even worse. also I had mini plastic chunks in my drink so don't get any drinks from this place! The food isnt made right too. They need to hire a new staff or just close this store down in general. NEVER COMING TO TACO BELL ON RICHEY EVERRRRR AGAIN!!! I dont care if I have to drive 10 miles for another one i will happily do so! The mens restroom is very dirty and homeless people bathe in there! stay far far away from thus place!!!
