This is the only time they charge you for a cup of water. I’m dining in and I love Taco Bell. I go A lot, but for some reason, they wanna charge me for a cup of water even though I’m dying and that’s just ridiculous with the money to spend here I understand if I just came out of the street and wasn’t buying anything, but I’m a customer and their attitude is just like horrible “ OK thanks bye” I will never come to this one again but what really got me is that the gentleman right behind me asked for a cup of water and they just gave it to him The manager’s name is Chanel and she was telling everybody else not to give me a cup. I just don’t understand what the big deal with.

The door says that they close the lobby at 10 pm and it was locked at 9:30 when I went in. This is unacceptable as I am a door dasher who doesn’t have time to wait in a 30 minute drive thru line! If this keeps happening then I will escalate it to the district manager!

Drove through picked up an order got home steak supreme burrito has no Supreme hardly to it definitely no sour cream and my chips and cheese had 4 chips and the rest are all little pieces on top of that they are stale!!!!! I spent $21 and can't eat two out of the five items I guess the old fashioned taco supreme is your best bet don't try and call them and talk to them about it because they will not answer the phone! very disappointed and upset with this purchase also the new AI at the drive-thru is ridiculous that you can't talk to a human being until something is wrong with the order modern technology but they should still be making sure the food is prepared properly and not stale chips makes me want to drive back up there and get $10 worth of credit been a long time Taco Bell customer really let down!!

Elvis, the manager, is very professional and dedicated to customer service. On two of my visits excellent customer service was provided. My first experience was when I gave my cup that I just received from Elvis, to a young man who appeared homeless. Elvis immediately handed me another cup without charging me. Another visit I was not pleased with the cantina bowl that I ordered. Elvis immediately rectified the problem by switching out the meal with my usual without any embrassment or complications. By setting a high standard of service and demonstrating empathy, he inspires his team to prioritize the needs of customers and maintain a positive atmosphere.

Food was awful. Steak was red inside and not tender. Tea wasn't good. I never want to return here. Woodlands location is perfect. Drastic difference. Only good at this one was fun 60s songs playing. And there was a kind man on staff.

It's a shame that you get in store to go orders exactly correct but when we order door dash, you send half the requested sauce packs and miss the extra red on everything. That's a waste of money and I get that I ordered through door dash and they are responsible but shame on you because you cheat customers and you alone control quality. Shame.

I came thru the drive thru and the girl at the window has no customer service. She seems upset every time I go up there and kinda mean. She never smiles and barely talks. One time the drink station was not filled with carbon and no one had loaded the ice machine, she still made the drinks knowing the machine was not prepared. I had to ask her if the machine had no carbon because I looked at my drinks and they had not a bubble in sight. As I asked for a differnt drink, she went to the back where the food is held and grabbed ice out of there!!! THE ICE USED TO KEEP THE CHEESE AND LETTUCE COLD! CRAZY! On a separate note, The tall hispanic lady making the food is putting almost nothing in the tortillas. ALL OF THEM. I bought a chalupa, taco and five layer, 3 of each item, so a total of 9 items.. and on all of them she made them very slim; almost no meat no lettuce no cheese. She also got the order wrong and didn't give me lettuce and cheese on a few of my items. The items that had sour cream, she decides to put a dot of sour cream instead of putting a line of sour cream across the food. I'm not sure if she can speak English or read English, as the manager had to tell her in Spanish what needed to be done even though the receipt was in front of her. Although the manager helped right away he was on his phone when he came out the office, texting someone. I don't usually have an issue with this location and don't expect people to be wonderful that work at taco bell, but they should put in more effort as this is their job and they get paid to do it. I don't ask that they get in trouble, but all three of these people need to be breifed, have training all over again, Or be moved to a different position. The picture of the 5 layer was the biggest of all 3 burritos. It's the same size as the taco. The other two were smaller than the tacos.

If I was a secret shopper or mystery shopper for this location, I would have evaluated this restaurants performance lacking:

If I go back and see that it has improved I'll be sure to update my review.
