Elvis, the manager, is very professional and dedicated to customer service. On two of my visits excellent customer service was provided. My first experience was when I gave my cup that I just received from Elvis, to a young man who appeared homeless. Elvis immediately handed me another cup without charging me. Another visit I was not pleased with the cantina bowl that I ordered. Elvis immediately rectified the problem by switching out the meal with my usual without any embrassment...

This one deserves 5 stars. My dad was in the hospital. My parents are vegetarian. So I get a few bean burritos 3 days in a row. Consistently delicious. None of the overcooked beans and no cheese stuff I get at my local one. This one is go back to in a heartbeat. This is what Taco Bell should taste like.
