Worst tacobell I've ever had. Couldn't eat anything i ordered. Ordered a lux box , chalupa was extremely hard with no meat so I could barely chew it. The supreme Dorito locos taco was very short on meat and had sour cream squirted on the outside of the shell . The 5 layer only had chicken when I asked for chicken and beef. The whole meal sucked and it was cold as hell. I will not be returning unless its to give me and actual edible meal to replace this one . Then after that im done with this location

Last couple times that I went to the store in Tomball I got sick and had diarrhea for 2 days and they are also never ready on time.
Everything went nice til I Met up with adrian. He was a rude, disrespectful and nasty person. He was calling me names and saying funny things.

This location has the worst customer service. The burritos were soggy and even though I payed for extra steak It had the regular amount. My crunchy taco was broken in pieces before I opened it.

Honestly this is the best fast food in the area. I wish I knew any of the employees names, because they're always so helpful and friendly, but I can't name any one person specifically. Straight up I never have a bad experience here.

I went today and asked the guy that if I can substitute beans to beef , he simply goes not possible , I said I get all the times ,he said then go somewhere else, we changed everything yesterday.i asked him if I can talk to someone at window he said NO, I mean what's wrong with that person and where should this be reported???

We come here alot, they rarely mess up our order. The only thing I dont like is the new AI person at the Drive through drives me nuts.

The robotic order taker at the drive through is awful. It does not understand substitutions so you end up getting a kid that doesn't know the menu or how to change the order. Food is OK, as usual.
I ordered 2 Gordita crunches with no lettuce off uber eats. the tacos I got had lettuce though so I went to refund through the app but the app made it seem like it was their fault and it wasn’t refundable so I went there to find out. they were more than happy to remake my order and the nice guy at the front gave me some cinnamon twist for my inconvenience
