Came inside to eat today. I was placing my own order on the screen and couldn’t find the new pablano burrito and the lady got visibly annoyed that I didn’t know it was a “rolled quesadilla” and not a burrito. Then got annoyed again cause I couldn’t find the mt dew on the screen and only Baja. Reason I couldn’t find it was because it wasn’t even on there apparently I had to just ring up Baja.🤷♂️ How am I supposed to know this stuff?? Then the last straw… after I selected to “Dine in” they brought my food out in the bag. So I asked them if I could get a tray to dine in… and she rolled her eyes and said “O my lord” out loud… as I was only trying to keep their tables cleaned while I ate.🤷♂️ These attitudes are getting out of control!!!🤦♂️ Teach your employees to have some dang respect for your customers who are doing their job for them!🙏 Got to do better Taco Bell. Btw I’m not sure what her name was, but she’s the plus sized black lady in there today. The other lady was a Hispanic woman, I had no conversation with that lady.

There was a new employee. I do not know her name, but the cashier name is Sophia G and I’m pretty sure she was training a new employee figures because this employee did not know how to charge my card. She swiped tapped and stick my car in the chip and nothing. I just got paid today and she’s telling me I have no money I come here all the time no problems she says enter the pin. I never had to do that before super rude and quick to say, “we had other customers here before and we had no issues. Do you have another form of payment method like Apple Pay” trying to act smart she was probably clicking the wrong button not even trying I paid with cash, but the service was horrible. The lack of customer service there was none. all I know is I left that place feeling disrespected talk down upon and if this is the kind of people they’re Hiring i’m sure there’s gonna be plenty more mistakes. I always try to give them the benefit of doubt because they’re learning but like she said in her own words, she had over 500 customers come in zero problems. So she should know how to charge a credit card right or am I wrong?

Been here multiple times, never had an issue until the “GM” was there, I go to window to pick up an uber order and she cuts me off mid sentence very rude asking “why didn’t you stop at the radio” which I’ve never done before and HER staff has never made it an issue everytime I’ve came. So I go inside, pick up my orders and as I’m walking out she rushes out the store asking me about my orders as if i stole them saying “I thought I saw you grab 3 things” and continued to ask me what my orders were when I clearly confirmed them in the store. GM is a rude lady because there’s a better way to approach things, her attitude was very ugly all because she was upset with HER staff.
No one would take my order. They literally hate their customers so much they won’t talk to them or help them.

I was happy to try out the Decades menu at Taco Bell. The mango fiesta drink, cool ranch Doritos taco and double decker taco hit the spot for me. The empanadas were delicious. So worth it! I will say the drive thru was long and I'm not liking the AI drive thru talking to me instead of a person. I love the customer service when I went to the window so that's why it's a 3.
