As of January 2026, this location has gotten overpriced compared to nearby locations at 529 & Barker and Eldridge & West Little York. You can see the price differences with the mobile app and changing locations. It doesn't help that a few months ago I also got one of the iced coffees and became sick (the coffee tasted old).

I love this Taco Bell in the morning and lunch time the crew is really fast and attentive . ALTHOUGH , last night around 6:00pm I had an experience that I was not expecting. I ordered loaded nachos and a baha blast . Got to the window and only received the nachos , I waited for the drink for almost 5 minutes , and NOBODY acknowledged that I was the same car still at the window and everyone inside was avoiding to look at the window . The Baja blast was sitting there sweating . At last I had to honk and still nobody looked , simply avoiding . Finally a gentlemen noticed me (not even working drive through) , apologized a cleaned up my drink from all the condensation .. never avoid the window whatsoever , be more attentive to customers.

Took my kids to this location on Friday, the lady taking order at the drive thru was very rude, I ordered two #1 but she did two #2 instead, Upon getting to the window I corrected her and she slam the window. When we got the food, you can tell they made it angry, sour cream was all over the paper wrapper and chicken all inside the back. I try to reach out to Taco Bell corporate twice but no answer.

I stopped eating Taco Bell for a long time because where I just moved from. It was horrible. But ever since I’ve been in this area, I’ve been extremely happy with this Taco Bell fast service and haven’t got my order wrong once. This is really refreshing

Slow and rude, pulled to the intercom 20 minutes after placing an online order then waited at the intercoms for another 10 minutes no one said to pull forwards line of cars started to form one car waited for so long she just left. When I asked if I could pull forward no response was given, I just pulled forward with no response. Waited 30 minutes total to get the food only for some of it to be cold and then for a hair to be in one of the tacos. More training is required for employees because clearly they were not trained enough and hair nets should be provided and forced to wear.

Their employees are All rude. Every time we go there, the food portions are very small compared to other locations like they’re trying to save on food cost you pay for extra cheese or you pay for extra sauces at $.75 to $1.25 per item and you never get it. You order $30 plus worth of food and ask for extra extra extra hot sauce and you may get 10. Even when you ask, at the window .they no longer keep their hot sauce in the lobby, if you go into the lobby with that quantity of food that’s not enough for but maybe 2 or 3 people andand for sauces.

Served me cold and old fries…then I asked for fresh ones and they said the fryer was not working. Asked for my money back and how long it would take to be on my card. They didn’t know. On top of that the manager couldn’t speak English.
