The associate wasn't into the job , with customer service , he said he was losing his voice, & made me go around Thur drive Thur a second time to order, something I forgot to order, not cool for me got stuck behind another car. My other food was getting soggy.
I recently had a disappointing experience at your Taco Bell. When I ordered my burritos fresco style, which indicates no dairy, the employee in the back made a scene. They insisted that fresco doesn't mean no cheese, even though your online menu clearly states that it's a "no-dairy" option. The employee at the counter was correct, and the way the employee in the back spoke to them was disrespectful. It was also unnecessary to hand me my corrected order and...
This was after the hurricane so I'm not going to judge him too harshly however they did accommodate me they were very respectful I was able to order food attempt to charge one of my devices and they were very friendly. Unlike another place on the same property right in front of them... That starts with a w... They didn't get everything correct but they were very personable and I won't shade anybody for that.
