My son and I went to the Taco Bell yesterday after work . We went in and stood for about 4 mins. Another person came in Hispanic person. So we are standing for about 3 more minutes. Then the employee from behind comes and goes out from behind and asks the guy behind us what he had. So I said, wait, what we were here first. But he helps the guy first then . He said, "What do ya'll want. And go to the kiosk behind us. I was like, I want to order at the counter. He was like naw you have to order from here." So I was like let's go, then I come back in and ask for the manager. He runs behind in the kitchen. Then she came out, and I told her what happened about him being rude. So she likes you to order from ignoring the rudeness from the employee, so I ask for the district manager number. She refused. So I asked for her name, and she said marie I said marie, who she says torres I didn't believe her. Because you refused to give me the number for the district manager. She never asked to take an order or anything. Very rude stablishment, no customer service unless your Hispanic.

It is what it is. Cheap food, could have just been faster, took me nearly 20 minutes to get my order and it was not even busy. I walked in and ordered immediately, and had a pretty long wait time for a burrito.

Whomever was working at 8/21/24 chose not to take my order. I got there at 2:50p and nobody answered the intercom. Then turn off the lights. I will contact corporate about this issue as well because this is a reoccurring problem with this location.
Very rude lady, All i was trying to do was pick up a order and she just kept pointing her finger and rolling her neck. I know she gets out on time because she refused to help me at all. never got the food but i rather starve than deal with unprovoked attitudes

Came here at 8:25 pm and door was locked. Sign says they close at 9:00 pm. They e done this multiple times.
Every time I go they have me move back because of the censor. If you have horrible service own up to it and improve.
