Me and my boyfriend came by to get food and our drink in the drive thru didn’t taste like much and the boy at the window made us a new one of a different flavor!! i’m not sure if he’ll see this but that was honestly so sweet the new drink was fire i think it was Luis S but that’s just the name on the receipt 😭

Everything was fine until I got to my burrito, I ordered online and put no sour cream to both my chalupa and burrito amd when I got to the drive thru I reminded them no sour cream to both. Again at the window I asked if both did not have sour cream and they said no. Once I started eating my burrito had sour cream... explain that.

My son and I went to the Taco Bell yesterday after work . We went in and stood for about 4 mins. Another person came in Hispanic person. So we are standing for about 3 more minutes. Then the employee from behind comes and goes out from behind and asks the guy behind us what he had. So I said, wait, what we were here first. But he helps the guy first then . He said, "What do ya'll want. And go to the kiosk behind us. I was like, I want to order at the counter. He was like naw you have to order from here." So I was like let's go, then I come back in and ask for the manager. He runs behind in the kitchen. Then she came out, and I told her what happened about him being rude. So she likes you to order from ignoring the rudeness from the employee, so I ask for the district manager number. She refused. So I asked for her name, and she said marie I said marie, who she says torres I didn't believe her. Because you refused to give me the number for the district manager. She never asked to take an order or anything. Very rude stablishment, no customer service unless your Hispanic.
😡Terrible service, they don't serve you well, they don't provide the bathroom, they think they are the owners of the store!

It is what it is. Cheap food, could have just been faster, took me nearly 20 minutes to get my order and it was not even busy. I walked in and ordered immediately, and had a pretty long wait time for a burrito.
