Manager messes up your order trying to rush you , then wants you to drive around . While taking no accountability for her mistake 7/24/25 around 7pm. Ridiculous. 2nd thing… If you don’t know how to redeem rewards, Get training from a regional manager.

We pulled up to order and were greeted by Miss Sencere M, who happened to be very impolite. She was very rude and intimidating to my daughter. She also slammed the window multiple times, and when I asked for sauce, she mugged me down. I honestly felt like a fight was brewing. She doesn’t belong in customer service, and we probably won’t be going back. It was just the worst experience. The food was good and fresh, so the kitchen staff is great!

Horrible service. The manager was very rude and wasn’t being helpful. The app was having some issues and I kindly asked for help. The manager for no reason started screaming and I tried to cooperate with him but he would keep escalating the situation. I would ask him the why he can’t help me but he wouldn’t not answer my question.

Whoever was working the night crew tonight at the window should absolutely never be in customer service. Acted like I was a problem for ordering food from the restaurant then when I asked him to please use my check in code he told me “we don’t offer that at this location” then when I get to the window he’s asking the next customer for their check in code. Very disappointed. Spent $30 at the restaurant and eat there almost daily. First time I’ve had an issue but I hope yall can train the gentleman on the window or get him in the back because if I get service like that again I can guarantee I won’t ever eat here again.

Unsure why they even have employees at the front if their only job is to tell you to use a kiosk, I get better service at any taco truck and pay half as much
They forgot my street chalupas and I went back literally 5 mins later and they tried to say “uh that was a while ago” when no it was not. Then asked if I even looked in the bag, obviously? How else would I know they’re not there. Then we look in the bag and the food is just thrown in there. RIDICULOUS. You have one job. DO IT OR DO SOMETHING ELSE.

Service way above and beyond today at 9601 Westheimer Rd. Shaun may be new at this location, but I give him 5 stars for customer "kid glove" treatment. I see corporate executive in your future. Great job Shaun! Then Brenda took front and center, as she attentively looked out for our needs. Very polished, Brenda! You made my fast food lunch feel like I was dining at a high end restaurant.
