I don’t even know where to start. Employees in the parking lot smoking when I parked to place my order. Pulled up to the speaker and was politely and quickly greater and told I could pull around. Then was asked if I could back up past the yellow pole and pull back up. I thought she was pranking me. I smiled and said I’m sorry what, why? She said yeah for the time. By that time a car had pulled up behind me. But yo have the nerve to ask me to back up and pull back up for your time!?!?! Like what!?

I ordered the grilled cheese burrito with steak. It actually tasted pretty good 👍🏽 my only downside would be it was very small for that price. I used to order the grilled stuffed burrito but they said it's no longer available 😱😡🤔🤷🏽♂️

Second time in a row, stale taco shells on a whole order of hard shell supreme tacos. Also ordered a grilled cheese beef burrito and it only had rice and cheese. For 20 dollars and didn't get at least one of my 2 simple items right. Threw it away and drank some water instead.

Manager messes up your order trying to rush you , then wants you to drive around . While taking no accountability for her mistake 7/24/25 around 7pm. Ridiculous. 2nd thing… If you don’t know how to redeem rewards, Get training from a regional manager.

We pulled up to order and were greeted by Miss Sencere M, who happened to be very impolite. She was very rude and intimidating to my daughter. She also slammed the window multiple times, and when I asked for sauce, she mugged me down. I honestly felt like a fight was brewing. She doesn’t belong in customer service, and we probably won’t be going back. It was just the worst experience. The food was good and fresh, so the kitchen staff is great!
