Worst Taco Bell in the Houston area. I eat way Taco Bell all the time but avoid this location as much as I can. My kids convince me about once a month to order here and I always regret it. Bean burritos are so underfilled that you would think it was a roll up. Cheese sauce is always watered down. You can tell they are taking short cuts to increase profits. It doesn't work when you lose customers who skip ordering from here.

I usually come here for lunch since its cheap and close to my job, but its hit or miss with the quality of the food. Some days I can taste when they haven't changed their oil in a LONG time and i have to go back for a refund because its inedible and smells disgusting. But this time I got a nice little gift of someone's chewed gum with my napkins. Great.

Idk if it’s management or these kids don’t care but my food was thrown together very sloppily. I spent almost $30 and I felt like I was robbed. Never going back here

I asked for no lettuce and Jocabed threw the whole damn thing of lettuce on my taco and she gave me a NASTY attitude then had the nerve to not fix my taco. ZERO OUT OF TEN NEVER COMING BACK😤‼️

My cashier Arliz M. at store #033496 Is so kind everytime I go there. She is always smiling and really has amazing customer service skills. I was having a rough day due to a death in my family and she thanked me for being so nice. That simple act made a difference. Please give her a kudos for doing a wonderful job.

I dining and try the crispy chicken BBQ taco spicy . It was really delicious with the taste of spicy at the same time with sweetness. I recommend giving a try. Also, my favorite is cantina chicken crispy taco .

This is one of the automated ordering stores and if you don't know the menu it can be cumbersome. Food was ok portions were considerably smaller than most Taco Bells.

I came in and the whole experience was bizarre.

I walked into the Taco Bell and was not greeted. Okay that's understandable, maybe they were too busy to noticed us.

i ordered my food and was waiting at my table. 10 min go by and my food is placed on the counter. Okay but they forgot my drink.

So i stood there waiting to be asked what i was waiting on. I even tried to get there attention by making eye contact

3 crew members are in the back just keeping their head down and not acknowledging me.

The next few things proceed to happen within a span of 30 min.

- Lady comes in because they messed up her order in the drive thru. Was not acknowledge til spoken up after 5 min.(i was still not acknowledge)

- After waiting for 10 min, i took it as far as stepping to the back to grab a cup myself. Walk over to the soda machine... its down. Not working. (Turns out, the crew knew this already)

- Man comes in to order and is also not acknowledge for 5 min. He gets upset and ask for a manager. Then they proceed to ask for a district manager contact because of how rude he thought not being acknowledge was. The manager (seemed to be a lady out of the 3 crew members) proceeded to dodge giving her name. Everyone else was complicit by ignoring the man. He began recording the interaction but nobody cared enough. He storms out after 3 min of going back and forth.

- Another Man walks in and proceed to experience the exact same thing as the former guy who just left did. Nobody saying anything and just keeping their heads down and proceeding with work.

- Doordasher comes in and same thing all over again.

IN A SPAN OF 30 MIN.

Now mind you, I'm not some out of touch boomer or anything.

But this approach to customer service is just not it. Maybe they had a bad day idk but someone on a corporate level NEEDS to get involved before it starts to get out of hand.

Oh, and the food was mid. But you know, when i go for taco bell, i'm not expecting 5 star treatment. But the bare minimum is acknowledgement from anybody.

David is always super nice and has a great mood. I don’t ever feel like I’m a bother coming in. He’s always the one at the drive thru , and it just seems like he loves his job. Always happy, and caring. Always makes sure we are taken care of when it comes to our order. Our order has never been wrong. Thanks David for your awesome service
