Ummm the bad ass kids on this shift on Monday night real disrespectful. They messed up my gordita taco. Look at the picture of my mother-in-law's taco. I don't see nothing funny. They almost forgot my chips and then had the nerve to ask me a question about my food that I paid for.

This it's a trashy place,,the lady's won't help you to order, they will tell you make urself your own order at the tablet pads,, all the tablets are always dirty,it's a Filthy place and they take for ever to make ur order please don't go there

Manager was rude. Called the customers "crazy people" in English while speaking Spanish and preparing the food. Ask for a refund, but didn't want to give me a receipt and didn't refund the total amount. Had to contact the bank to dispute the difference. Terrible.
My order tasted like contempt!Granted I hadn't had Taco Bell in quite a while, but when I pay $6.79 for Nachos Bell Grande, I expect more than a bowl of mostly dry chips with a blob of beans and a sprinkle of tomatoes. I had a taste for what I THOUGHT was an old favorite.I went when it was slow. There wasn't a mad rush or long line. So, there was no reason that the person who prepared my order didnt havr time to look at what they were serving. NO reason to EVER think that a customer could possibly enjoy eating it.I picked out all the chips that had no cheese on them ? Had to doctor it up with my own ingredients - on a Bell Grande ?!?!My enchilada burrito was just as big a mistake. It was stuffed with rice and super dry tasting. I had to open it up to inspect the ingredients because all I got was tortilla and hay.

Ordered Chipotle grilled chicken ranch burritos from drive thru about 20 minutes ago. The cashier was super nice. The burritos don’t have the crispy chips in them. Not one burrito. Not okay. Ppl want what they paid for. Especially pregnant ppl.
