I went for lunch today and they forgot part of my order but the manager herself called me and told me to stop by after work and they would make it right....they went above and beyond for sure...really amazing customer service and the food there is always great! They're very friendly as well.

Horrible I ordered a steak supreme burrito and the gave me all beans and still charged me for the steak and I called and no one answered all the employees had horrible service and some girl with purple hair look like she doesn’t care for the food and she doesn’t speak up she speaks too low

First time going, granted it was late, but like when you don’t fill the drinks all the way, overcook everything to where it’s crunchy as heck, especially the chalupas, like they’re supposed to be soft, not so cooked so long that you can’t break a piece of and accidentally poke yourself with it, even the beefy 5 layer was hard and cracking and wasn’t even wrapped they even cared a bit. It definitely sucked coming here, especially since we’ve gone to other locations at the same time had little to no issues.

Taco Bell had been keeping me alive & nurished. Oh yeah, the fire sauce makes it great for me. I can say that there seems to be too much torilla/ bread on my burrito. Always tearing some off.
Really wish i could cut some slack but to wait a whole while for A SINGLE EMPLOYEE just to pay for the order on the kiosk is such a pain, as well as unnecessary understaffing, about 3 employees max at this location, as comparison, six employees minimum in other locations, i love taco bell’s food but everything service related here is a pin unless if you go through the drive thru. Only time everything is fast. Manager also seems to be ignoring this location if i were to understand it
