Absolutely ridiculous to not have a person take your order, if you change anything the drive thru keeps adding random items to your order. Not until you have 40 burritos on the order will someone come and talk to you. There's a reason no other fast food places have this BS system. You go inside and they still want you to place your own order, I already have a full time job I'm not doing someone else's, same reason I don't use self checkout. Give me a discount to do your job and I will.

Most taco bells but especially this one is convienient to other locations of local city needs well lit and my experience there is the reason I took time to get the feel of what I ate there and the sauce is the best ive ever had on the things i ordered there my chalupa is always good with the order topped on the way i like but on the go.......I love to just get a one each quesadilla steak chicken AND beef and whatever or whomever came up with the DORITOS LOS TACOS i could always hit them up for that and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!.............

Apart from taking a long time they couldn't even fill up any of the drinks all the way..it wasn't even busy ☹️
I went for lunch today and they forgot part of my order but the manager herself called me and told me to stop by after work and they would make it right....they went above and beyond for sure...really amazing customer service and the food there is always great! They're very friendly as well.
