This location use to be run very well... now they are so focused on their timers for drive-thru no customers but yet made me do a loop around to stop their timer. Sad to see good locations go downhill

At the store after it closes because I came at 12:45am and my chalupa was hard as a rock , the lady in the store says I have to come back the following day in order to receive a refund while watching her close the whole store I don’t know in what world these people live in where you can mess up on a order and not fix it or refund me because it’s closing time so I can’t eat nor get my money back but can def feed themselves and call the laws on people but I’ll wait for the laws for this one so I can show the manger how customers get treated after their mistakes by other managers, don’t come to this store

Very disappointed this visit. I paid $11.40 + tax for a box is clearly on the menu for $9. But she tells $9 no more. I get 1 crunchy taco and 1 chicken burrito filled with some kind sauce i did not care for. Other item chops & cheese which I dont buy a box for those chips so. I get more value for a cheaper $7 box. Not worth it to me. Like I said, very dissapointed

First time visiting this Taco Bell on lunch for work. Place an order for 2 Mexican pizzas with 2 tacos meals. The tacos had too much sour cream. Both Mexican pizzas beans were burnt and bad oil used to make/fry tosada shells that had a bad smell. The number on the receipt just rings. No one answers the phone. I reached out to corporate.

Not often that I buy food from Taco Bell but every time I have gone to this location because is close by, food is always missing from my order. It has never never failed. And to mention the the smallest potion of meat in the taco that they put and the large amount of lettuce to cover up that there is hardly any meat is ridiculous.
