Terrible customer service. Had a coupon their machine wouldn’t recognized. Asked the counter guy for help and he had the WORST attitude. Maybe I need to order in Spanish next time. No thanks.

Messing up an order and then proceed to give an attitude at the customer who drove back 30 mins to get a money back for y’all’s mess up is insane. Have sympathy and accept the failure you and your team do.

I just ordered food from this location through Door Dash. I’ve never had a problem with the delivery or service, until today. Apparently the worker at Taco Bell was rude to the Door Dash driver. Upon getting my food, he told me what happened. The Taco Bell worker packaged and taped the main food but when it came to the sides/dessert the worker threw the bag at the driver and did not tape up the bag. Apparently there was an argument between the two of them and my food/dessert got the crappy end of the stick. The worker was telling him there were 43 items. It’s a big order! When all I ordered were a Mexican pizza combo, 3 bean and cheese, 2 drinks and sauce packets. It was the sauce packets that made it look like a lot. But to really argue with a drive about 43 items! MAAM! it’s just sauces! And why did you throw the bag at the driver and not tape up my bag? Poor customer service and I too work for the food industry. That is a huge no no. My advice is go back and retrain and get some anger management.

Man Taco Bell is very underrated. From my experience around (12-1pm) , this is my lunch spot . Always free and hot food . Haven’t had no problems or stomach issues.

Got a few things wrong. Didn't grill my wife's 5 layer like she asked. Didn't put any napkins in the bag. Gave us a Pepsi instead of a Dr pepper. The cheese it thing is gross.

My daughter filled out an application on line was given an appointment for an interview later on the same week. She arrived to the interview on Saturday 9/14/2024 20 minutes early. Only for an employee to tell her the manager wasn’t there because they had a meeting to go to. But then received an email saying she didn’t get the Job because the position was given to someone else. VERY unprofessional!!! This is not how you should conduct business. My teenage daughter was very let down. And I believe it was because the color if her skin. Had she been Hispanic she probably would’ve gotten a chance. Distasteful!
