This is by far 1 of the best Taco Bells I have been to. Came by to this location for the first time and I must say that the service is excellent the cleaness of this location is excellent and the food is excellent. I really love how this location is really feeling the holiday spirit.

People are rude and don't make food right i got the Mistery meal. my shake wasn't made right they bearly even put color in it.my nuggets and fries were cold didn't give me spoon or straw ignored me when i asked about the sauces
Not only did they refuse to serve me my order and instead hold it for 20 minutes but when I requested a refund instead of the now cold meal they tried to short me by $4.
As such I do not recommend this location at all.

This location is near my job and has always made my food right. There are two locations near my home and Klien High School that I will not go to again. They always do a terrible job. Last time I was there on Loetta, I brought my Crunchwrap back to the counter because I didn't see any meat on it. The worker pointed to a tiny piece of ground meat that I didn't see because it was mostly hidden under a piece of lettuce. She was completely satisfied that they had done a good job...

Made a mobile order and when I arrived at the restaurant they said they did have the items I ordered. The offered juices for the drinks for the frozen drinks, $1.50 is $5 drink. They need to have a manager that knows how to manage. The app has no way to cancel the order. So they took my money and I have no recourse. But I will be there during business hours to see how it goes.

Horrible , lost my order then magically found it after 10 mins later then tries to serve me cold food 😖
Great late night open spot. I just had gotten out of a concert at 2am. Was absolutely starving and dehydrated. They were literally the only place open in the whole area. True life saver. Very sweet older Hispanic woman was holding down the drive through and laughed as I downed a whole Baja Blast and then got me a refill. She was a true angel of a person. The food was good. Definitely a 5 out of 5 experience!

Sonya - supposed manager - refuses to give cutsomers their uber eats orders upon pick up. I've had this happen 3 times now at this location with the same individuals. I now have it on camera this third time. They initially claim they do not have your order in their system & then pick a fight making false accusations over the drive thru intercom, and then go on to say she will report me for my language. I do not work for uber eats and I was picking up a personal order @ 2230 hrs on 12/19. They repeatedly say they don't have your order - once I called them out for doing this same stunt 3 times in a row - she went on to say she will report me. I have it all on camera and no foul language at all. Again this is the 3rd time they said they don't have my order and they play the same game. I told them this is the 3rd time they've done this exact same stunt and I have it on camera this time.

The speed is crazy they in there casting spells for how fast they make the food if u on a budget get u a stacker with extra beef best shi on the menu for a cheap price sadly i dont eat out no more since i found out bout seedoils😩why lordddddddd whyyyyyyy i might just make my own stacker now that i think bout it🥹
