Sonya - supposed manager - refuses to give cutsomers their uber eats orders upon pick up. I've had this happen 3 times now at this location with the same individuals. I now have it on camera this third time. They initially claim they do not have your order in their system & then pick a fight making false accusations over the drive thru intercom, and then go on to say she will report me for my language. I do not work for uber eats and I was picking up a personal order @ 2230 hrs on 12/19. They repeatedly say they don't have your order - once I called them out for doing this same stunt 3 times in a row - she went on to say she will report me. I have it all on camera and no foul language at all. Again this is the 3rd time they said they don't have my order and they play the same game. I told them this is the 3rd time they've done this exact same stunt and I have it on camera this time.

Went and asked for 2 toasted cheese sausage burritos. With extra naco cheese. There was no nacho cheese at all. Went back for replacement order abd this time they did not toasted them. Lesson learned

2nd time in a row missing an item. Last time was missing a burrito and this last time missing the nacho fries. Also only filling sauce cups less than halfway. And these are the ones you pay extra for and they can't even fill it up. If you are ordering more than a few things, make sure to check your order before driving off.

I tried multiple items. Every item tastes great. The fries are unique compared to others. It became one of my top lists which I prefer on a regular basis.
Parking: The parking lot is free and has plenty of parking. So I didn't face an issue regarding parking....

Typical taco bell food. What makes this location different (Beltway 8 and West road) is the staff and repeated accuracy of the order requested. It is very rare we ever get something that didn't match what we ordered. The staff is fast, friendly, and professional. I appreciate all this location is doing to provide the customer what they want.
