They're asking customers to pull a few feet back after you pay at the window. Making it very uncomfortable, making you feel like if you're gonna rob them. It was a very unpleasant experience. Not recommended and definitely not going back to this location?????

Who's buys theses Locations and doesn't care about who and how it's operated. Baffled at the audacity of the workers and who ever hired them. This location is on veterans memorial n the beltway and it makes the West road location looks like a Chick-fil-A and we all know that they aren't.

Definitely understaffed. When we went we waited 10 minutes in the drive thru and no one took our order, then when we pulled up to the window the lady told us to turn back around again. She had what im guessing was her child next to her while she was “working”. If you come here be prepared to wait 30+ minutes.

The General Manager Karina is amazing. Great energy. Beyond helpful and very warming. The team members were also great, nice speed! The facility I must add was the cleanest I’ve seen thus far!

Ordered $30 worth of food when I got to the window I was handed a completely different order. Gave it back and they had me wait for my actual order. Once I got it I still had items missing. There was only one other car in the drive thru so I’m not sure why the mix up. Even the other car was waiting on their food after my mix up! Not worth it!

This is a new Taco Bell and for a TB, the service was awesome & they made my food just the way I requested! I hadn’t eaten at a TB in years and the general manager, Ms. Katina and Ms. Jada were extremely nice , accommodating and helped me out with my order. Like I said, I usually don’t eat TB, but when I’m on the run and want something quick, I’ll visit this one!!
