I ordered the Cantina chicken bowl and a tortilla on the side to make my own burrito. My order was prepared very quickly and it looked as good as the picture on the menu! The new chicken was really good, much nicer than the original chicken. The staff were polite and welcoming. This location is one of the more unique in appearance. It has stairs and ramps to reach the entrances because the building is a little bit high up. This appears like a fairly new location and it seems like they're doing a great job here!Thanks for the great food and service!

Was served very very very watered down cheese on my nacho Bell grande (ordered thru the app), I called to let them know and was told they were out of cheese that she wasn’t sure why I was even given the nachos . Never have I experienced anything like that, they could’ve at least let me know once I got there that they were out of cheese if I’d like to swap it out or something.

We were excited about the new store being built. First visit grabbed two crispy tacos on the go. Lettuce was a little frozen, ruined the tacos. Next trip my sister, her husband, myself. Super bowl Sunday during halftime. Crispy taco supreme was regular taco, beefy nachos was chips with a couple of ladles of red sauce with beans. Either they do not know how to properly make this food or... We will not go back.

Clean new building with some awkward stairs to get inside. The building itself is on the small side so a little less seating than other locations. A few seats available on the outside patio. 4 inside kiosks for ordering. Standard self-serve fountain drinks. The food itself tastes ok but presentation needs improvement, food is given a bit sloppy. Overall it's good.

4 stars because despite being understaffed in the mornings (only one employee at the 9am open? Seriously?), the one employee who was there seemed genuinely invested in getting what I ordered ready, and I was in a rush! I didn't get her name, but thank you to the lady at the drive thru at 9am on Feb 15 2024! You don't deserve the loneliness management puts you through!

My evening was HORRIBLE after my truck broke down, my cousin took me to this location and there in the drive thru window was DAYSHA!!That smile dont quit even for a grumpy guy like me in the window!! DO NOT EVER LET HER LEAVE this Taco Bell PLEASE!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Big smooth ramp.

Went here for the first time because it was close, as I pulled up to get my food after giving my name I was signaled to wait in the middle of the drive-thru lane. Because they needed time to get my food ready I guess? But I figured the twenty minutes beforehand would've been enough for seven items. Eitherway, the food was good the service... not so much. Probably won't be coming back to this one. Also the beans were burnt.

I've been to the restaurant 6 times since they've opened. The first time I sat in their drive through 12 minutes before the guy in front of me said that no one ever asked him what he wanted to order. 4 times in a row my order was either wrong or they were out of the items I asked for. Today I went to buy their $5 meal and was told they don't sell $5 meals at this location. I understand that they've just opened but I gave them 6 chances before leaving a review. I was eagerly waiting for this location to open and they've completely disappointed me. To me, at this rate you can close this location just like the taco bell that was at 12076 V.M. I only went there about 6 times ever because of their prices and service. I'd rather drive to 1960 or west road before going to this location again.
