We arrived at the restaurant around 8:30 p.m. hoping to grab a quick meal, but were told there would be a 30-minute wait due to no cooked meat being available and only two employees on duty. We understand that staffing challenges can happen, but it was disappointing to experience such a delay. Hopefully, improvements can be made to better support your team and enhance the customer experience.

It's awful that they change their senior citizen policy to Tuesdays only and only 10%. So instead of going there a couple of times a week for breakfast tacos, I will now only go there Tuesday evenings every so often for their mega nachos. So when you add it up they're now losing money from me

When you go to buy the tacos they look at you like they don't like you it looks like they are working but if you go inside they are telling them telling you get out of my face they're not very nice people now you're scared to go over there because I don't know if they want to spit inside of my food bad bad bad business

In the past 30 years, while dining at various TC locations, all of my Chicken Fajita Tacos have contained pure white breast meat.
Not at this location.
The meat was brown and black, with gristle and skin. After the first taco, I returned to the counter and asked that they make another taco with white meat. I received another taco made of black/brown meat, gristle, and skin. I returned it to the counter, and ordered sopapillas instead. I will never dine at this location again.
The bathrooms also had a very offensive order, smelled like sewer.

Disappointed in taco cabana establishment. I’ve came to multiple locations in the past and as a vegetarian I have been able to order their food as a vegetarian customer. Black beans is considered a protein and I have been able to substitute their meals with black beans. I came to this location and Jashonda who served me through the drive through would not allow me to add black beans to a quesadilla order. It has been done many times in the past which is why I am willing to spend my money at this establishment. I believe as a vegetarian this is discrimination to customers as they are able to customize items. I can understand being charged for a chicken or steak quesadilla but to completely disregard dietary restrictions when it is possible is disappointing. I hope this location can be more accommodating and I will message corporate to bring up my concerns so other vegetarians can also be accommodated and not disregarded in the future.

Very disappointed with the Drive-Thru service.
This was my first and definitely last visit to this Taco Cabana location. I went through the drive-thru, greeted the staff multiple times with a polite “hello,” but no one responded until about a minute later, when the person finally answered in a very rude and unprofessional tone.
I had to repeat my order more than once, and despite that, I was given the wrong items. I ordered the large sopapillas, but received the small ones, and still got charged for the large size.
I’m not sure if the person who took the order was the same as the one who handed me the food, but both interactions were equally unfriendly. Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

I was very pleased with my experience with Joel. Joel is a sweet, helpful and efficient young man who took my order and saw it through from order to hand-off, making sure I had every need met within my order. Confirming on things as he made my food and bagged it up, so he didn't get it wrong. Everything I needed was in the bag, he didn't miss a single item. While I saw other employees standing around, Joel took orders and care of customers with a smile and a friendly attitude. Joel is the reason I will come back. Thank you, Joel, you made my bad day so much better! Joel deserves a 10 out of 10! If you see yourself in Southwest Houston, stop by to say hi to Joel and let him better your day as well!

Drive thru. Lady was incredibly rude, has no patience taking order from someone with an accent, nor does she cared to explain the options, instead of yelling the same thing. Then proceeded to curse at me. Horrible customer service.

Rudest drive-in personnel (Houston) (Bellaire/sw freeway) (Sharpstown). Mgr. Refused to return a multi use coupon. So many other options in Houston. NO THANK YOU! Hard no!

Drive thru order. The woman was more concerned with her personal conversation with her coworker that she didn’t hear me say insert the card multiple times because tapping it doesn’t work. Then had the nerve to have an attitude. Horrible customer service. The food was also made very sloppily.

This is my second time coming to this location and they are so unprofessional and rude after giving my order clearly 3 times in drive thru the cashier ignored me for 5 mins i said hello he says oh yeah like whatt ?? Then ask for my order a 4th time its one thing to not understand someone and its another to just be playing around at work.. Thats so unprofessional with others in line waiting behind me smh like close this location if yal dnt want to work here this is so crazy to me and says alot about the management here... Horrible i will never try another location
