A woman the staff knew came in with a dog and all the kitchen staff came out to pet the dog, not one washed their hands upon returning to the kitchen!!!

Ordered and tried the new enchilada soup. It was good. It needed to be cooked a bit more, beans were a little hard and I would of like to be able to add other toppings...cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, etc. The drive thru cashier seemed kind, was friendly and welcoming. Unaware of the inside atmosphere. I appreciated the BOGO coupon. 8oz cup for $4.99 is a bit over budget for myself. Overall I had a pleasant late night encounter with staff (11:30pm) and satisfying meal.

For fastdood business, this one has the most horrible service I have ever encountered. Walked in there at 9:30 am to order food, nobody at the cashier to take order, couple people working behind the counter totally ignoring me, no words, no greeting! I waited for about 5 minutes, then walked out. Will never go back to this location again 😭

When I say SLOW I mean SLOW. The last at the drive through was taking forever. Give you your food, walk off and didn't look over again, and if they do you still sitting there, she keeps of doing whatever until you honk that horn
