Update Feb 19 2025. Decided to try them again after not going for years. Ordered 2 potato and egg breakfast tacos in got 2 plain tortillas instead. It's my fault for not checking but come on i know price of eggs have gone up but this is crazy.
I come here every morning for breakfast. The staff is friendly and it's always clean. This was from 2018
Update may of 2021.... I went last week for breakfast tacos and I pull up to the drive thru and the guy says they don't have any tortillas they would have to put the breakfast tacos in a plate. These last few months service and food has gone downhill. This location was my favorite 1 to stop and get something from but I'm done with the entire TC company.

I visited this location on 11/26/2024 at 2:03 PM in the drive through. (Side note- i actually go to this location at least once or twice a week!) I ordered two meals and a side of chips and salsa. I only got home and found that the chips and salsa was not in the bag. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with someone that just told me to come back and they would replace it. The next time I was at the location I informed her about the chips and salsa that was left out from my previous order. At this time she informed me that I needed a receipt to verify that I made the purchase. I do not know why it is on the customer to p provide the proof that they did not take care of their job. You need to have a better system in place, I was told that some many people try and get over and that is not my problem! If they would have checked my order in the first place I would not be writing this review! This location is unprofessional and needs training!! Please help them! I will drive to the next location next time!

These were the worst breakfast tacos and burritos I’ve ever had. They had no seasoning in the eggs and even the bacon was bad, it had no flavor , not even salt. How do you mess up bacon so bad! It was leathery and tasteless. It was like they made it terrible on purpose. I don’t know if they were mad at me for ordering breakfast at 7:30 am or what happened.

I had a long time without going to Taco Cabana and the food doesn't have much flavor, and it remains the same... the service is good but the place is always too cold and well, you don't eat comfortably like that, all the people there had to bring sweater on

I don’t know what y’all have done to the people working drive thru but hire new people that care. 3 times I’ve been served without utensils. Twice I’ve been given the wrong order. I’ve even been served a stale quesadilla with sour cream that looked like soup this is ridiculous. On top of it yall are more concerned about offering other food then getting peoples order correct

Ordered potato and egg breakfast tacos. Potatoes are nowhere to be found. The green salsa is made differently than before. It’s stringy and way too water. The red salsa is just red-colored water. This TC is horrible nowadays!

decent quick meal while leaving Sugarland. nice halloween decorations with faux spider webs on the ceilings & a skeleton sitting at one of the tables. no line while ordering & when a mistake was made on my order, it was quickly fixed!! quiet and chill vibe on a Sunday noontime when I visited. order: Shredded chicken enchiladas with queso & rice & beans about $10… LOVED the queso. Steak nachos were decent.

I came in from our long drive from Los Angeles. It's been 17 years since my last visit to Houston and I was very hungry. The service was good but the food was poor quality and just BAD overall not fresh. The flautas were dry and didn't taste fresh they tasted like something from the grocery aisle. The burrito bowl was flavorless and dry. The beans tasted old from the can and sitting around. The food was not hot it was lukewarm at best. I will never eat at another Taco Cabana EVER! Oh, the salsa bar was disgusting and not maintained. Also for the price of 3 flautas go ahead and give the 3 sauce choices away.
