I order chicken nachos, so trash. I’ve gotten them in the past and they’ve been pretty good, but each time visiting the quality has declined. I paid for chicken fajitas nachos and I felt like I had bean nachos. Literally had 5 cubes of meat. They looked nothing close to the norm. Half of the order screen is cover with paper so you can’t see the details or price of your order. The woman taking my order too forever to enter 2 items. Idk if their speakers are bad, but she entered the wrong meat and couldn’t seem to comprehend. I hate that I spent $19 on slop.

Terrible service!!!! My brother and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before a worker finally come out and says "it's going to be a while because it's only 2 of us working and we working the drive thru." Mind you BOTH workers walked past us at least 3 times before saying anything. Attitudes were stank too. Had they said that any of the 3-4 times within the 10 minutes we probably would have went through the drive thru but after that terrible experience, I didn't wanna spend my money anymore with them.

September 26, 2024 time 10:00am what bad service the cashier has and there is racism for being of Hispanic origin, I have my papers in order I just don't know how to speak English and she didn't want to serve me. He didn't even want to look at the menu where I was pointing out what I wanted because I couldn't say it, I asked him to look for someone who spoke Spanish and he just made gestures and reluctantly called another person and then pointed at me and made fun of me. This act seems in bad taste on her part, being a dark-skinned person.
