They gave me spoiled food and didn’t make it the way I had asked. The guy refused to give me a refund. Don’t waste your money here, jack in the box is way better.

Why would yall take the crunch wrap off the menu that was the best thing please bring it back drove all the way here to my surprise nothing but taco option
We stopped by Taco Fuego on Val Verde and were excited to try it — and overall, the food hit the spot.
We got their empanada, which was crispy and packed with flavor. The flauta was just as good — crunchy on the outside and savory on the inside. We also ordered two quesadillas, one steak and one chicken. Unfortunately, they gave us two chicken by mistake, and we didn’t realize until we were already out of Houston. That was a bit of a letdown since we were really looking forward to trying both.
But even with the mix-up, everything we ate was tasty. The sauces were great, the flavors were bold, and most importantly — everything was halal, which is a big plus. Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving Mexican food with a halal twist. Just double-check your order before you leave!

Food truck stop so a lot of selections but Taco Fuego is what we chose. The tacos were really flavorful and good. Had some of my boyfriend’s fuego fries with steak and they were delicious with a bit of spice. I had the birria tacos combo. The consome even had flavor to it too which I was actually delighted about! I am so use to consome with no flavor or such a light flavor that you can only taste the oil in it. But this was page is definitely flavorful and a must try.

Great customer services for this food truck. This taco truck is located at Galleria food truck park at 2829 chimney rock . We came on 5/1/2024 in the afternoon noon. Got the fajita beef tacos with flour tortillas. The flour tortillas were absolutely delicious and taste homemade. The fajita meat is well seasoned but just isn’t as tender as I would like. They give you huge pieces of meat which is a bonus. The green sauce has a little bit of a kick to it so if you don’t like spicy, try to avoid the sauce. I love spicy food, but this has a little bit of a kick. The vegetables are fresh overall I will be back.
Update: the last couple times I have come back to this food. Truck has been a completely different experience. I have received terrible customer service the last three trips. I’ve had items tossed at me, and my questions have been disregarded. Their staff acts like they don’t even want to be there and to be of service. They just want you to order. They don’t wanna answer any questions and take your money. My last review of this truck has over 10,000 views. I am going to have to change from five stars to one star for service. I should also change for the food as well. Get it together and hire people that actually want to be there and be of service.

Not gonna lie I have been coming here. A lot and truly actually loved this place. Coming from California you don’t find many places that seem authentic. And with the steak meat that they were using, it just seemed perfect for me. But I started noticing that they would close early. Cancel my orders on DoorDash then It got to a point where they started serving me different meat like the meat that comes in birria Tacos(brisket like meat🤮). And to some people that’s OK but to me that’s not because in Texas that’s ALL they serve here and that’s what really has made me hate the taco trucks out here and what I thought differentiated this taco truck from them all because they where using real steak that was similar to carne Asada. Which was also why I had no problem paying the amount for these tacos I get mini tacos by the way….. so paying almost 4 dollars for a taco that I would normally get for a dollar is the reason why I’m writing this bad review. You guys had a loyal customer and now you don’t I told numerous of people about you guys and I will revert back to telling them that you are now just like every taco truck in Houston. Not to mention they don’t have a working number so when my order is incorrect or when I’m trying to verify they’re open I never have that ability. But they want you to pay almost $30 dollars for 5 tacos. Complete joke!

Terrible overprice! $3.50 for 1 birria taco if you want the birria sauce it’s another $2.50. Almost $6 for one tiny tiny taco
