David is a magician with classic street tacos. His cooking will blow your mind - the carne asada is perfectly seasoned, his elote is a fantastic creamy snack, his quesadilla’s (pictured below) are perfectly crisp and golden and you can get them stuffed with veggie or meat filling along with the cheese - and if you’re more on the veggie side of the diet his veggie tacos SLAY. He’s also super cool, easy to chat with, and just hands down is the owner and operator of my favorite food truck in DFW!
