Tacos A Go Go Oak Forest

I have been a very frequent diner at this restaurant. Apparently, they just changed virtually every dish on the menu. I don't know if they are under new management or what, but I am extremely disappointment in the colossally BAD IDEA to change the recipes and I can't imagine why they would change EVERY DISH at once. Basically, they are no longer Tacos-a-Go-Go I love(d). One of our favorite dishes (that we always have in our fridge) WAS the Queso Blanco. It has been ruined with the addition of Habanero. Luckily, I was provided a sample to taste a sample before ordering. It was BAD! The El Pastor Street taco was too hot to eat. Even the Picadillo was just 'missing' something (can't put my finger on it, but it was also poor). Even the Roja salsa was too hot to eat. Adding 'heat' to a dish does not necessarily equate to adding flavor. I'm throwing away my to go order that I just bought--the order has to be really bad for me to do that! Unless/until they fix the menu, I have no intention of visiting again. Extremely displeased!

they removed the pork guidado from the regular menu and I got charged $1.65 for less than an oz of sour cream and salsa. -2⭐

Terrible service. I was rushed at ordering. She left me mid sentence to do other things. I was the only person she was waiting on.
Male Coworker or manager was simply complacent, disappointed.

Best tacos in Houston. The beef fajita is so simple but no one can do it like them. That and the brisket taco are always a must.

Wow! I cannot express how amazing my experience was at Taco GoGo! The brisket tacos were absolutely delicious - tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was lively, and the prices were very reasonable. I give Taco GoGo a resounding 5 stars and cannot wait to go back for more delicious tacos!

9-17-24 4:15 PM. My first time at a tacos a go go. I had the burrito and it was good. But what really made an impression on me was the young guy who took my order. I don’t know his name but I have to say… he is amazing. Clearly he loves serving people. Thank you!!

One of my favorite neighborhood spots! We frequent this place after the park. Great margaritas and food. My personal favorite is the beef quesadilla. Great food and service speaks for itself. Staff is always friendly! Tonight I opted for takeout.

The tacos are extremely small and expensive. The overall quality is good food but very small portions for the amount being charged.
