****update at the end of post *****

I have loved Tacos a go go tacos for Years!! And they changed the menu not too long ago. We have tried. This is the last time. The food now just kinda sucks. Idk what they are thinking these tacos were great now they’re pretty crummy.
Carne guisada very dry no flavor, fajita same, chicken fajita was alright to me. But I loved carne guisada here and now I’m so disappointed.

Bring back whatever it was you got rid of. Until then I’ll be just hoping that I hear about it through the grapevine cause idk if I’ll be back, $48 dollars for pretty sub par tacos. Sheesh sorry tacos a go go. The thrill is gone…

Update, I tried the other location and it was very good. I think they’ve tightened up ship and I look forward to going back and trying this location again soon. Carne Guisada was on point just like I remember!
I raised the stars cause I think they try vehemently to correct the issue. I’ll try again soon and update. Thanks

Good food, but the service is always slow and they don’t have a separate line for takeout. They can be 5 people deep, and you are behind people dining in. Not worth it with other options in the neighborhood

Wow! Amazing tacos and tamales!! The Tonga is a must, you see why it was in Texas monthly! Staff was super friendly and helpful! Easy to park and very affordable prices for gourmet tacos!

I really enjoyed this place ,very friendly and comfortable. At first I was debating I wasn't hungry but later I would be. I ordered a burrito and was going to take it home till I saw how big it it was...WOW HUMONGOUS. I should have taken a picture but the burrito didn't last long. Delicious
So if you are ever in the area or happen to see it try it you won't be disappointed. Oh, yes they do have other items there. Mexican restaurant

Food is amazing and a great stop for a quick pick up. Drinks are very good as well. Not your average 'taco spot' and customer service was top notch. Been here a few times and will go back when I'm area.

This place is alright. Food comes out hot and fresh but why does everything taste sweet? Salsas could be spicier. This is a good neighborhood place

They went from amazing to subpar tacos now. Usual customers and we havent been back since they changed the menu. What a shame, their palomas used to be great too. Not going back again unless their tacos go back to what they used to be.

Out of all the locations in Houston, this one is hands down the best. Nicest and most friendliest staff who are so down to earth and remember who you are! Hard not to come here so often with an amazing atmosphere and food.
