Hands down the best tack truck in Spring Branch. I only ever get the beef fijita taco "con todo" (everyting). Two corn tortillas with grilled onions, cilantro, and grilled beef. Squeeze a lime and layer on some green sauce. They used to be $1.50, but thanks to Joe Biden's economics they are $2.00 each. Pretty reasonable - your gonna need at least the of those puppies to fill up.

We had to get 2 of every taco... because it's called Noah's Arc-elia for a reason.This is a lovely little food truck located in Spring Branch, and I like coming here whenever I can. They have perfect authentic tacos very cheap and there are a few different locations. We love it! Asada is the go to but everything we've tried here tastes wonderful.
