Im picky with taco meats. Some taqueros use the cheap meat full of cartilage and fat which I hate because I pick half of the "meat" out. But these tacos were good!! Had good meat, good flavor, loaded with lettuce, queso fresco, tomatoes and onions and the salsa was soo good too ? ?. Will go again, 10/10 recommend. I got fajita and bistec.
Worth the 20min drive from the house.We tried three items: Huaraches, Baleadas and Enchiladas con Huilotas. Wow! Really over delivering on the plate from a school bus. The green salsa was deliciously hot. Wouldn't tell me quite what it was but was like other green calabaza salsa. We will certainly be back for more!Haven't been on a school bus in years but if was anything like this when I was a kid I would have gladly met the bus each time!
