First time my daughter and I have ever eaten at a Torchys Tacos, and hopefully it's not the last, cuz I LOVED the food that I ate!!!! I had the Grande Burrito, and it was AWESOME!!! My daughter had the Mr. Orange Taco, she liked it, but I don't think she liked her taco as much as I liked the burrito. Since it was our first time there, the server was kind enough to give us some chips and queso for free (!)... I'll tell you what....that was the best darn queso we...
Possibly the best queso in Houston, I know that is saying a lot, but I love it, and alway get that to start with a few big tacos. Full bar & bartender - the place to be, usually a line but it goes quick (mostly)
Visiting our Houston living son he recommended Torchy's. The ordering is a bit strange if your new to this establishment. You line up and someone takes your order. You find a table and your order is brought out. I found the food a bit spicy for me but next time I'll request milder rather than the default.
