I was assisted by Luís who was very kind and helpful. There were a few items in the menu I had questions about and he easily and patiently explained them. They give a free cup of soup which is like fideo. I settled on the (5) mini tacos de maiz with pastor, everything included (cilantro and onion). They don’t skimp on the meat, veggies, or the limes (4 which was more than enough and I usually have to beg other places for more). It came with plenty of grilled onions in the middle of the tacos and they were cooked perfectly. My food was ready in roughly 2-3 minutes, and the price was such a bargain. Luís offered both salsas (red is spicier and good flavor, verde tastes amazing and only slightly less spicy). I have about three taco trucks closer to me, but I will go out of my way to return to them. The pastor was some of the best I’ve and I was so happy that it was more meat than fatty pieces. I didn’t even have to ask for extra salsa, Luís is a king!
