Best suadero tacos I've ever had in Houston. and the other meat offerings are not far behind. You can never go wrong with lengua. But the hidden gem was longaniza. Tripa and pastor were great also.
The guy was super friendly, greeted me with a fist bump before ordering and before I left.
I want to go back to try the rest of the menu and order some more suadero.

Wow the food was amazing! The guy running the truck was so friendly, he had a big smile, and treats you like family. This is the true taste of Mexican food. They take cash only. It's also only 1.50 a taco. And he stuffed the tacos full! In 2024 that's impossible to find. I absolutely will be coming back.
