Customers service is very friendly especially being in the hood. 3rd time here nd well definitely be back. Just wish we was able to sit and enjoy our meal but definitely do understand why not. Iykyk

I called in an order and submitted my credit card information while driving from the UH campus on the restaurant for takeouts, which took 30 to 25 minutes. While I was halfway there, I had to call the lady again to confirm my purchase, and she said "everything is fine". When I arrived to pick up my food, she informed me that "I gave your plate away and is remaking another plate," so I sat down and waited 20 minutes. When the food was ready, she informed me that I needed to pay the amount, and I confirmed that I had previously completed the order over the phone. She told me that the transaction did not go through, despite the fact that I showed her the amount charged to my bank account via the bank app. She said it didn't go through in her system, and she won't give me the food unless I pay, then the woman and the man behind the counter then began speaking to each other in their native language. They basically cheated me out of my money. Overall, that is not an appropriate approach to handle an honest business, and I will no longer support their establishment. As a result, I rate this eatery one star. DO NOT BUY FOOD HERE.

And Fish like catfish station.

I ordered garlic butter wings and house fried rice and my order was $20.25. Went up there to get my food and cheated my out off 2 dollars and wouldn't give my money back so I could count it out for her cause I counted 3 times before I left home 10 1s and 2 5 dollar bills. The rice doesn't ever have enough shrimp in all the big plate you only get about 7 til 9 shrimp in your rice. They need to do better.

I told the cashier twice that I want General Tso chicken with fried rice and extra vegetables. When I finally get to my destination I see they gave me fries and Chicken. I was going to let it slide but all the food had this horrible after taste. I threw it away. I will not be coming back here. Waste of money. They only get 2stars because the cashier lady was semi -polite to me.

Food is very high for chicken wings 16 dollors for wingetts

OMG amazing food.. Made when ordered.. No long line or wait time for your food. Definitely can dine in as well.

Kinda sketchy location but once i got my order, ohh maaaan. The General Tsos chicken was crispy and delicious and my meal was made to order:) and the family running it is very nice aswell.

Wow actually quite impressed with the 12 pc fried shrimp and fried rice the shrimp was crunchy just how I like it and the rice was spot on... definitely going back thanks for the great service ?
