Some items that we ordered we never delivered
Fish quality was below average
Grilled items were over done
Severely understaffed when we came

Most atrocious service I have ever had. Never received half of what we ordered, took them an average of 45 minutes per roll of sushi we ordered. They're lucky we even bothered paying at the end. Food quality was fine but nothing worth the wait. Stay far far away.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this one. I went in expecting the usual sushi spot. Instead, I walked out impressed and already planning my next visit, Thanks to Justin!!!
The vibe inside is clean, modern, and chill — not loud, not rushed, just the kind of place where you can actually slow down and enjoy good food. The service was on point too. Everyone was friendly, but what really stood out was how much pride they take in what they serve.
Now the food… man. Fresh is an understatement. The fish tasted like it was prepped minutes before hitting the plate. The rolls were balanced (not drowning in sauces), and the presentation looked legit — like something you’d take a picture of before eating. Justin recommended a few items and he definitely knows what he’s doing because everything slapped.
If you’re in Houston and want sushi that’s actually worth your money, this is the spot. Quality, good energy, and people who care about what they’re serving. I’m proud of Justin and the whole Taizii Sushi crew — they're doing it right!!!

Sushi was unfortunately not that great. Not sure if I just had a one off experience or what. Service however was good, though I only did pick up.

Taizzi, a restaurant I’ve been frequenting for quite some time, has undergone a noticeable change in management. Despite this, the food remains consistently delicious and satisfying. While certain aspects have evolved, the overall experience at Taizzi continues to be a good
place to gather friends and family. They offer an all-you-can-eat menu at an affordable price, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Food was delicious. We had a party of 8 trying to share the AYCE buffet. Taizzi does a good job of offering smaller portions for the AYCE menu to minimize waste.

So much Sashimi and Sushi, $36 including soft drinks or tea. Food is excellent and made fresh. Understaffed and food Service is slow. You can order from tablet, so that's helpful. We spent around 2 hours.
Taizzi tower with Mango was great. Eel sashimi was not so great, served warm was interesting but meh. All of the other sashimi was excellent. They have a no rice roll wrapped in salmon that was my favorite. Save some room for a scoop of tempura fried ice cream or mochi.
update: I went back on Sunday around noon and they were not busy so service was much better.
Mango was not ripe.
